EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN IT MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES

PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) specialises in gold and silver exploration, mining and processing within the Martabe Gold Mine. Our operational area is situated in the Province of North Sumatra, with overall management functions based in Jakarta.

The Martabe Gold Mine, situated in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, spans 657 hectares per December 2023 and commenced production on July 24, 2012. It boasts an annual capacity exceeding 6 million tonnes of ore, resulting in an annual output of over 200,000 ounces of gold and 1-2 million ounces of silver.

All of the operation activity is governed by a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) in collaboration with the Government of Indonesia, the mining area has evolved from the original 6,560 km2 in 1997 to its present refinement of 130,252 hectares (1,303 km2), encompassing the South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal Regencies. The operational area of the Martabe Gold Mine in South Tapanuli Regency is 657 hectares as of December 2023.

We cordially invite a distinguished IT company with extensive experience in the field to participate as a contractor in providing IT Maintenance Support Services. The scope of required services encompasses, but is not restricted to, the following:

No	General Requirement
1.	The contractor is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability of systems and network engineers 24/7.
2.	Manage infrastructure, system, and service monitoring.
3.	The contractor is also tasked with overseeing and maintaining the Nutanix cluster, encompassing deployment, management, and warranty maintenance.
4.	Responsibilities extend to the management and maintenance of Dell PowerEdge Servers, including warranty management.
5.	The contractor is expected to manage Windows and Linux Distribution Servers
6.	Manage Microsoft products including:
a.	Microsoft SQL Server (including deployment, management, and provisioning)
b.	Microsoft Endpoint Manager (covering Configuration Manager, Operation Manager, and Data Protection Manager)
c.	The Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service environment
7.	The management of tape backup and storage library
8.	Manage backup/restore procedures, including testing and provisioning of backup software and hardware using Veeam backup and replication, wich falls under the contractor's purview.
9.	The contractor is also responsible for the management of network appliances (switches, routers, and firewalls), involving design, configuration, maintenance, and warranty management.
10.	Maintaining security compliance for infrastructure devices, servers, backup, and storage is a key component of the contractor's role.

Contractors with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field of supporting Mining and/or Oil and Gas Operations are invited to register their interest. The registration period is open from 14 March to 28 March 2024, with the deadline set at 17:00 WIB. To register, please submit your Expression of Interest letter via email to the Tender Administrators at MTB-MDG-MartabeSupplyContract@agincourtresources.com.  Ensure that each email does not exceed 10 MB and include copies of the required company legal documents.

1. A valid certificate for points 6 and 9.

2. Partnership Certificate with the associated principal.

3. A list of pertinent work/projects, including the Client's name and contact number for verification.

4. NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) and/or TDP (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan).

5. NPWP (Taxpayer Registration Number).

6. SPPKP (Tax Collection and Payment Letter).

7. Company Deeds, encompassing both the establishment and the latest amendment.
