EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN SITE SECURITY SERVICES

The Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mining area covers an area of 30 km² which is under the sixth generation Contract of Work (COW) with a total area of 1,303 km². The Martabe Gold Mine is located on the west side of the island of Sumatra, Batang Toru Sub-district, North Sumatra Province.

The Martabe Gold Mine began full production on 24 July 2012 and has a resource base as of 30 June 2022, of 6.5 million oz of gold and 64 million oz of silver. The operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine is more than 7 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1-2 million ounces of silver per year. 

PT Agincourt Resources involves more than 3,000 employees and contractors, around 99% of whom are Indonesian citizens, and more than 70% are from local villages.

We hereby invite a sole highly experienced Security Services Company (Contractor) to provide Site Security & Process Plant Security Services. The services required include but are not limited to the following:

1.	Establish 24-hours detailed and proactive security procedures. Maintain a continuously integrated command, control and communications capability for overall management and coordination of Martabe Site Security & Process Plant Security Services provided in nominated critical facilities.
2.	Provide security personnel coverage on 24 hours basis with a minimum level of training required is Basic Security Training (Diksar) for personnel and Advance Security Training (Diklan) for Supervisor level.
3.	Provide and fully maintain operational Light Vehicle (LV) in compliance with PTAR mining site safety standards.
4.	Professional Security Services Company with valid Tanda Registrasi (TR) Minerba, member of ABUJAPI, registered and have valid BUJP Permit (Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan) POLRI, and other relevant certificates in accordance with International Codes, Government of Indonesia (GOI) laws and regulations.

Interested Contractor with a similar line of business having experiences in providing the similar scope of services in mining operations (preferably in a Gold Mining Company), may register from 06 July 2023 until 18 July 2023 by sending your Expression of Interest letter to the Tender Administrators email (max 10 MB per email):
