INVITATION FOR REGISTRATION OF INTEREST (RoI)

TO TENDER OF JASA PELAYANAN BUS VALE

PT VALE INDONESIA Tbk ("PT VALE"), located in Sorowako, South Sulawesi. is inviting any financial institutions to participate in the Tender of JASA PELAYANAN BUS VALE.

Objective:

To provide integrated bus transportation service.

I. SCOPE OF SERVICES

1. To provide bus transportation services to effectively manage the transportation of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. employee in Sorowako operational site, considering the route which provided by PT Vale Indonesia Tbk.

2. To provide equipment and tools related tothe services mentioned in above item#1, include but not limited to bus, workshop. software, etc.

II. THE ROI DOCUMENT MUST INCLUDETHE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

A. ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Having been in transportation business for at least 5 (Five) years

2. Company profile, which includes but not limited to the Current Company Structure, Parent Company and/or affiliate (if any), list of National and Multi-National Company customers, etc.

B. HOW TO SUBMIT LETTER OF INTENT

interested Parties shall submit the letter of interest together with evidence and/or supporting document of above Administrative and Technical requirements, valid Letter of Business permit (SIUP), Deed Establishment (Akta Pendirian & Akta Perubahan, if any), Company Registration (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan), Copy of tax Registration Number (NPWP). Annual Financial Statement for the last three years (2016-2018).
