lnvitation for Pre-Qualification of Local Equipment Vendors

1. PLN is inviting Equipment Vendors from local company that established in Indonesia and form as Perseroan Terbatas (PT), that have capability to supply the following equipment:

a. Air Inlet Ducting for Gas Turbine

b. Coal bunker and Ash Silo

c. Crane

d. Exhaust Stack for Gas Engine/Turbine

e. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)

f. Steel Stack and Flue Liner

g. Tanks/piping ,

h. Tubular Air Heater/Feedwater Heater/Deaerator/Heat Exchanger

i. Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

j. Water wash system  

The purpose of the pre-qualification is to establish a Pre-Approved List of Local Equipment Vendor (Daftar Penyedia Terseleksi (DPT)). The DPT list will be used as vendor selection of limited bidding/tender of PLN funded projects.  

 

2. The requirements:

a. The interested company must have manufacturing/workshop facility in Local indonesia.

b. Must have project experience of supplying relevant equipment ;

- Within the last 10 (ten) years for HVAC, Tanks/Piping, WTP and Crane that has been successful in commercial operation for at least 2 (two) year.

- Within the last 20 (twenty) years for Air Inlet Filter for Gas Turbine, Tubular Air Heater/Feedwater Heater/Deaerator/Heat Exchanger, Exhaust Stack, Steel Stack/Flue Liner, Water Wash, Turbine Casing/ Blade Ring and Coal Bunker/Ash Silo that has been successful in commercial operation for at least 2 (two) year.

3. The interested company shall send intention letter (email) to dpt@pln.co.id and Cc to dptrps@plne.co.id. Any emails sent to different addresses other than the above addresses, will not be considered acceptable and will not be processed. The email shall contain:

- Attention to: PT PLN (Persero) Kantor Pusat, Divisi Perencanaan Pengadaan (DIV RPS), Vice President Pengendalian dan Administrasi Perencanaan Pengadaan;

- Subject; lntent to participate in PQ process of Local Equipment Vendors;

- Company Name;

- Representative person;

- Email address and phone number of representative person (minimum 2 persons).

4. The package details including description of capacity and technology, and time/room of PQQ meeting (Aanwyzing) will be provided in the Letter of Invitation sent via email along with Acknowledgement, and Confidentiality Agreement as a response of intention letter from interested company.

5. Closing registration date of intention (as stipulated in point 3) is on October 15th, 2019 at 23:59 Western Indonesia Time. Late submission shall be rejected.

6. Pre-qualification meeting will be held on October 15th, 2019 at PT PLN (Persero) Head Offce, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
