INVITATION FOR REGISTRATION OF

INTEREST (Rol) TO TENDER OF

LONG TERM EVOLUTION PROJECT

PT VALE INDONESIA Tbk ("PT VALE"), located in Sorowako, South Sulawesi, is inviting any telecommunication company to participate in the Tender of Private Long Term Evolution (Lte) Project.

 

Objective:

To provide and manage private LTE service covering all PT Vale Indonesia area of work, include area which still in planning.

 

I. SCOPE OF SERVICES

- Provide resource, equipment and system to deliver private LTE service to PT Vale Indonesia area of works, which covering South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Southeastern Sulawesi and West Nusa Tenggara.

- Implementing ITIL V3 or the latest management system in delivering the service.

 

II. THE ROI DOCUMENT MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

A.TECHNICAL

- Provide valid evidences which proving that the institution has any legal right and permit/ regulatory to provide private LTE Network Services.

- Having been in business for at least 3 (three) years

- Submit company profile, which includes but not limited to the Current Company Structure, Parent Company and/or affiliate, list of National and Multi-National Company customers, etc.

 

B. ADMINISTRATION AND COMMERCIAL

- Interested provider shall submit the letter of interest together with company profile document, valid Letter of Business permit (SIUP), Deed Establishment (Akta Pendirian & Akta Perubahan), Company Registration (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan), Copy of tax Registration Certincation (NPWP), and all document proving the above item ll.A.
