Uraian Paket Lelang :

A. PERSYARATAN PESERTA / APPLICANT  REQUIREMENT

1. Peserta merupakan manufaktur Crane yang mempunyai surat ijin yang relevan dari negaranya atau sebagai pemegang merk crane (principal).

    The Applicant is a Crane Manufacturer who has the relevan permission document from their country or as the principal.

2. Mempunyai perwakilan agen/distributor yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Penunjukan Agen/Distributor yang berstatus Badan Hukum Indonesia (BHI).

    The Applicant has a representative agent / distributor showed by the Agency/Appointment Letter of Distributorship with Indonesian Legal Entity status.

3. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam kurun waktu 10 (sepuluh) tahun terakhir (dalam 1 kontrak) melaksanakan pekerjaan pengadaan / pembangunan Automatic Stacking Crane (ASC) dengan jumlah minimal 4 (empat) unit atau ekuivalen dengan nilai kontrak minimal Rp 184 Milyar.

    The Applicant has Experience during last ten years (within one contract) for the procurement / construction of Automatic Stacking Crane (ASC) with a minimum quantity of 4 (four) units or with the contract value of at least equivalent to  IDR 184 Billion.

4. Memiliki rekening koran (tabungan, deposito, atau fasilitas kredit) yang diterbitkan oleh bank umum dalam tiga bulan terakhir (Juli, Agustus dan September 2019) berturut-turut minimal saldo akhir tiap akhir bulan sebesar minimal equivalen Rp. 50 Miliar.

    The Applicant has a current account (saving account, deposito, or credit facilities) which is issued by Commercial Bank with minimum end of month balance at least equivalent IDR 50 Billion month for the last 3 (three) consecutive months (July, August and September 2019).

5. Pagu anggaran yang ditetapkan untuk Pengadaan 10 (Sepuluh) unit Automatic Stacking Crane (ASC) untuk PT Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya sebesar Rp  550 Milyar.

    The specified budget for the Procurement of 10 (Ten) units Automatic Stacking Crane (ASC) for PT Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya are IDR 550 Billion.

 

B. PERSYARATAN PADA SAAT PENDAFTARAN / THE REQUIREMENT FOR REGISTRATION

Pendaftaran dilakukan melalui online dan detail persyaratan dapat dilihat pada website https://eproc.pelindo.co.id.

Registration of tender will be conducted by online and detailed requirements can be viewed on the website https://eproc.pelindo.co.id.

Pada saat pendaftaran harus meng-unggah (upload pdf format) berikut

At the time of registration, participants must upload pdf format as follows:

1.  Akte pendirian perusahaan termasuk perubahannya;

    Deed of Establishment or relevant including its amendments;

2. Surat Ijin Perusahaan;

    Business License;

3. Surat Penunjukan Keagenan/Distributor; dan

    Agency/Appointment Letter of Distributorship; and

4. Bukti Rekening koran (tabungan, deposito, atau fasilitas kredit) yang diterbitkan oleh bank umum dalam tiga bulan terakhir (Juli, Agustus dan September 2019) ;

    Evidence of a current account (saving account, deposito, or credit facilities) which is issued by Commercial Bank for the last 3 (three) months (July, August and September 2019).

5. Bukti pengalaman / kontrak pengadaan Automatic Stacking Crane (ASC) sesuai yang dipersyaratkan dilengkapi dengan berita acara serah terima pekerjaan.

    Evidence of procurement experience of Automatic Stacking Crane (ASC) as required completed with certificate of handover (PHO / FHO).
