PUBLIC TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT AND INVITATION TO REGISTER
 
KODECO ENERGY CO., LTD. a Production Sharing Contractor (PSC) of BPMIGAS invites interested and qualified contractors to participate in a bidding process to provide:
 
PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF OFFICE SYSTEMS FURNITURE
(Bid No. 045/TS/HRSS/APRIL- 08)
 
The Scope of Work is to provide and install office systems furniture for approximately 150 workstations on Floors 24 and 25 of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, Tower 1. The systems furniture is to be provided and installed according to Kodeco’s specifications. Systems furniture workstations must be installed and ready for Kodeco occupancy by August 1, 2008.
 
Prequalification requirements will be:
 
1. Letter of interest to participate in this tender.
2. Submit list of experience in providing similar materials and installations.
3. Submit from the Authorized Company Officer in writing that the company is capable at a minimum, of completing the Scope of Work described above.
4. Submit from the Authorized Company Officer in writing the capability of the company to complete the installation by August 1, 2008.
5. Submit from the Authorized Company Officer in writing that the company is qualified by the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building Owner to work in the Building.
6. The company shall have valid and current HSE certification.
7. Copy of Articles of Association and its amendment, including: List of Capital Ownership and Board of Director and Commissioners;
8. Bidder’s Company Profile including Financial & Technical Information:
9. Copy of a valid NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number) certificate,
10. Valid SIUP Registration/Certificate;
11. Bidder shall have valid TDP:
12. Migas Registration Certificates (SKT MIGAS) - if required;
13. Company Financial Report for year 2006 and/or 2007 (Company’s Balance Sheet);
14. Original Bank Reference issued in 2008;
15. Document indicating the status of Company (PMA/PMDN/Joint Venture/PT or Limited Liability Company);
16. Proof of tax payment: latest year of Setoran Pajak Tahunan (SPT/PPH) and Monthly Report of PPH Article 25 or Article 21/Article 23 or PPN, at least for the last three (3) months;
17. KD = 5NPT
a. KO : Basic Capability I Capacity
b. NPT : Maximum Experience Point
 
18. Statement Letter that the respective Bidder shall not be under the supervision of the courts of justice, not bankrupt, not having temporarily ceased activities and is not being the subject of criminal procedural laws.
 
Above requirements should be submitted in one envelope with two (2) separate folders item 1 - 6 for Technical folder and 7 - 18 for Administration folder.
 
In line with the tender process, qualified companies who meet the Prequalification requirements above and who are interested in participating are invited to register at the address indicated below from April 2, 2008 until April 4, 2008 and MUST submit the above requirements for Company’s PREQUALIFICATION Evaluation no later than 16:00 Hours on April 4, 2008.
 
Prequalification documents submitted will be evaluated arid only companies meeting the prequalification requirements will be invited to participate in the Tender. Qualified bidders shall be informed by official facsimile message of the bidding schedule and the details for collection of the Tender Documents.
