Hess (Indonesia-Pangkah) Limited, a Production Sharing Contractor of BPMIGAS hereby invites experienced contractors to participate in our tendering process for the work specified below.

WORK: PROVISION OF DRILLING RIG FOR WHP-B PLATFORM FOR PANGKAH PHASE 2 DEVELOPMENT DRILLING PROGRAM

SCOPE OF WORK

• The proposed Drilling Unit will be used on a jacket-type platform offshore

East Java

• Rig Type: Either Tender Assist or Platform Rig type with a rated water depth 23 ft.

• Anticipated Spud Date: Quarter 3, 2009

• Contract Duration: 500 days

• Optional wells: 1 - 10 wells

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

• Company exists under the Law of the Republic of Indonesia

• Company having a minimum of 10 years experience in similar work

• Classification: Non Small Company

• Qualification: Penyediaan Alat Pemboran

• Copy of valid SIUP, NPWP, PKP

• MIGAS and KADIN Certificate

• Copy of Tax Payment PPh21/25 for the last 3 months
