Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”) as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the Pre-Qualification process with the following details:

1 Bid Number : KIABV/REC/OPD/CPT/2020/001

2 Bid Title : Provision of Electric Wireline Logging Services

3 Contract Period : Twelve (12) Months

4 Scope of Work : COMPANY requires Electric Wireline Logging Services complete with qualified personnel, tools, equipment, and consumables to support COMPANY’s drilling program in Anambas Block in Q3 2021.

5 Type of Procurement : Services

6 Business Qualification : Large Business

7 Business Classification : Offshore Drilling Services (Jasa Pemboran – Laut)

8 Minimum Local Content : 45 %

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1 PQ Registration Period : 02 – 03 & 06 July 2020 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours WIB

2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration 1. SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin) 2. Valid Business Licenses (SIUP and other applicable licenses) in line with the Scope of Work above. 3. Valid SKUP from Migas in line with the Scope of Work above for Domestic Bidders. 4. Statement Letter confirming that BIDDER will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 45% signed by BIDDER authorized personnel. 5. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intention to participate in this PQ process along with the contact information of the Person in Charge (email and cell phone) signed by BIDDER authorized personnel. All the above Registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: wsomiadiredja@kufpec.com.

3 PQ Document Distribution Period 06 July 2020 at 15.00 – 17.00 hours WIB PQ Document will be distributed through e-mail.

4 PQ Submission Date 13 July 2020 at 15.00 hours WIB All PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: wsomiadiredja@kufpec.com by the due date above.

Only Registered BIDDERs who submitted a complete and correct PQ Proposals and passed the PQ evaluation in its entirety will be eligible to be invited to the Bidding Process.
