Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”) as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the Pre-Qualification process with the following details:

1 Bid Number : KINDAO/KIABV/REC/OPD/2025/002

2 Bid Title :  PROVISION OF EPCI FOR ANAMBAS DEVELOPMENT

3 Contract Period :  Thirty-Six (36) Months

4 Scope of Work :  COMPANY requires an experienced CONTRACTOR to perform Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) for Anambas Development program in offshore Natuna. The EPCI scopes include but not limited to construction of Wellhead Platform, Subsea Pipeline, and Brownfield Modification.

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1 PQ Registration Period : 10 - 16 September 2025 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours WIB 2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration

1. Valid SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin).

2. Valid Business License (SIUJK/IUT/NIB/SIUP) which shows that BIDDER has the valid license to provide EPCI services.

3. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intentions to participate in this Pre-Qualification process including contact information of the Person in Charge, signed by BIDDER’s authorized personnel.

4. Statement Letter confirming that BIDDER will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 45% signed by BIDDER authorized personnel. All the above Registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com

3 PQ Document Distribution Period 16 September 2025 at 15.00 hours PQ Document and PQ HSSE Questionnaire will be distributed through e-mail.

4 PQ Submission Date 24 September 2025 at 15.00 hours WIB All PQ Proposals and PQ HSSE Responses shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com by the due date above.

Only Registered BIDDERs who submitted a complete and correct PQ Proposals and passed the PQ evaluation in its entirety will be eligible to be invited to the Bidding Process.
