Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”), invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the Pre-Qualification process with the following details:

1 Bid Number  KIABV/OPS/100/2020

2 Bid Title Provision of Explosives Permit Services

3 Contract Period Twelve (12) Months

4 Scope of Work COMPANY requires BIDDER to provide consultancy and processing services for explosives permit to support COMPANY’s drilling operation in Anambas Block in Q4 2021. The explosives permits shall include but not limited to explosives Bunker, P2, P3, Transportation, Import and Re-Exportation permits.

8 Minimum Local Content 30 %

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1 PQ Registration Period : 03 – 05 June 2020 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours WIB

2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration 1. SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin) 2. Valid Business Licenses (SIUP and other applicable licenses) in line with the Scope of Work above. 3. Statement Letter confirming that BIDDER will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 30% signed by BIDDER authorized personnel. 4. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intention to participate in this PQ process along with the contact information of the Person in Charge (email and cell phone) signed by BIDDER authorized personnel. All the above Registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: wsomiadiredja@kufpec.com.

3 PQ Document Distribution Period 05 June 2020 at 15.00 – 17.00 hours WIB PQ Document will be distributed through e-mail.

4 PQ Submission Date 12 June 2020 at 15.00 hours WIB All PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: wsomiadiredja@kufpec.com by the due date above.
