Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”) as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the Pre- Qualification process with the following details:

1 Bid Number : KINDAO/KIABV/REC/FAD/2025/015

2 Bid Title : PROVISION OF HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS)

3 Contract Period : Twelve (12) Months

4 Scope of Work : COMPANY requires CONTRACTOR to provide Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and its implementation to support the operations of Human Resources Department, covering employee database management, recruitment management, payroll, tax, attendance, time sheet, leave, claims, loans, training administration, talent management, performance management and development kit.

5 Type of Procurement : Services

6 Business Qualification : Medium and Large Business

7 Business Classification : Other Services

8 Minimum Local Content : 15.00%

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1 PQ RegistrationPeriod : 02 September 2025 – 08 September 2025 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours WIB

2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration : 1. SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin)

2. Valid Business Licenses (SIUP and other applicable licenses) in line with the Scope of Work above.

3. Statement Letter confirming that BIDDER will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 15.00% signed by BIDDER authorized personnel.

4. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intention to participate in thisPQ process along with the contact information of the Person inCharge (email and cell phone) signed by BIDDER authorizedpersonnel.

All the above Registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com

3 PQ Document and Distribution Period :  08 September 2025 at 15.00 hours

PQ Document will be distributed through BIDDER’s email which already registered during PQ Registration period.

4 PQ Submission Date : 11 September 2025 at 15.00 hours WIB

All PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idnprocurementcommittee@ kufpec.com by the due date above.

5 PQ Correspondences (Via Email Only) : All electronic correspondences and soft copies of PQ proposals shall be addressed to the following:
