INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following Prequalification.

Provision of Well Clean Up Equipment and Services

Scope of Work:

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited (the COMPANY) foresees the need for well clean-up/well testing onboard Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU), land rig, snubbing unit or Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) and also on unmanned and manned platform to support COMPANY Exploration and Development Drilling and Workover/Well Intervention/Well Start-Up campaign also produced well by lowering surface facilities pressure with utilization of portable gas compressor or unmanned and manned platform. The MODU's (including Drilling Barges, Jack-ups and Semi's) and land rig would normally be used for exploration, appraisal and development drilling together with possible work-over operations. The tender assisted/barge work-over units would be required to work alongside small platforms (normally unmanned). The Snubbing Unit or HWU would be required to workover or well intervention that will be placed on COMPANY's Platform main deck. The unmanned platform is a production platform for oil and gas wells which allows well intervention operations from its main deck.

Work Location:

-Pangkah Block, East Java Offshore

This contract period will be 2 (two) years of service.

1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.

2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).
