Scope of Services : Supply 3 ½” Tubing and 3 ½” Pup Joints 13Cr Premium Connection to support Company’s Workover program in Bontang Block, East Kalimantan.

Minimum Local Content Requirement : 10%

A. General Requirements:

Interested Bidders with qualifications and classifications in line with the scope of work being bid, must submit the following documents during registration:

1. Original letter, requesting to participate in the Bid and Pre-Qualification on Bidder’s letterhead, with clear address, telephone, fax numbers, e-mail and detail person in charge (name, title, mobile no., email).

2. Commitment letter stated the minimum local content can be achieved as requested above, signed on duty stamp by the authorized person.

3. Copy of valid Vendor Certificate from CIVD (SPDA)

B. Schedule & Location

1. Registration of Prequalification

*To register, Vendor shall send the General Requirement/Prequalification Registration Document via email to: yuli.andjarni@starbornbontang.co.id and dicky.irawan@starbornbontang.co.id : 30 June 2020 – 02 July 2020 09.00 – 16.00 WIB

2. Distribution of Prequalification Assessment Document

*Tender Committee will send the Prequalification Assessment Document via email. : 03 July 2020

3. Prequalification Clarification Period

*Vendor shall send their questions/clarifications regarding the Prequalification Assessment Document via email to: yuli.andjarni@starbornbontang.co.id and dicky.irawan@starbornbontang.co.id : 06 – 07 July 2020 09.00 – 16.00 WIB

4. Prequalification Proposal Submission

*Vendor shall submit Prequalification Proposal in the sealed envelope addressed to:
