ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD
PT Medco Energi Amanah as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Classification/Subclassification :
- 7110 Aktivitas Arsitektur dan Keinsinyuran Serta Konsultasi Teknis; or
- 71102 Aktivitas Keinsinyuran dan Konsultasi Teknis, or
- 091 Aktivitas Penunjang Pertambangan Minyak Bumi dan Gas Alam, or
- Klasifikasi bidang usaha lainnya yang sesuai
Local Content : 50%
Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.
Scope of Procurement:
Contractor shall conduct Acquisition of 3D seismic data covering the Area of Operations pursuant to the parameters, requirements, and procedures outlined herein or in the Agreement or any Exhibit attached thereto. For data acquisition, the seismic sources will be explosives with wireless broadband low frequency nodes as receiver.
PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:
1. Registration period and collecting: 9-14 January Pre-Qualification Evaluation 2026 Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com
2. Deadline Submission Date of Pre Qualification Document: 14 January 2026
Remarks:
1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA.
2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).
3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company's e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
