ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD
Medco E&P Grissik Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre- Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.
Scope of Procurement:
The Work is generally described as provision of Contractor personnel, equipment, tools, consumables, materials, and facilities complete with necessary permits, license, report, and certification in accordance with regulations and standard set by Company and Government of Indonesia (GOI) required for:
a. General Electrical Equipment Maintenance
b. Switchgear and Motor Control Centre (MCC) Maintenance
c. Relay Protection Maintenance
d. Heat Tracing
e. Generator Control Panel Maintenance
f. Electrical Control System (ECS) & Power Management System (PMS) Maintenance.
g. Solar Panel & System.
h. Condition Monitoring (Thermography Inspection, Transformer Maintenance and HVPD)
i. Electrical Repair, Construction, and Installation Services
j. Electrical Tools, PPE and Meter testing, certification/calibration
PQ participants candidate who are interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who are interested shall follow the following process:
1. Registration period and collecting Pre- Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 24 February 2026 13.00 WIB – 27 February 2026 16.00 WIB
2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 2 March 2026 16.00 WIB
Remarks:
1. The PQ participants candidate who are interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA.
2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).
3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).
4. Details can be seen on https://extranet.medcoenergi.com PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
