ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

Medco E&P Sakakemang B.V. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Scope of Procurement: Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Sakakemang Wellsite Facility, Raw Gas & Produced Water Pipeline Phase 1 A

This project is required to develop facilities at Sakakemang Field with general scope of work as follows:

Well facilities at Kali Berau Dalam (KBD) wellpad area.
Raw Gas Pipeline using CRA Clad pipe with length 16"-22,5 km from KBD well location to Grissik Central Plant (GCP)
Produced water injection pipeline using non-metalic pipe with length 4"-40 km from GCP to North Sambar (NS) manifold.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre- Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 25 30 March 2026 at 2 p.m.

2. Pre-Qualification Elucidation Meeting : 1 April 2026 at 2 p.m. (Online)

3. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 7 April 2026 at 2 p.m.

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id ) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company's e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
