PREQUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

NO. MAS/2026/0002

INPEX Masela, LTD. ("COMPANY"), as the Production Sharing Contractor of the Masela Working Area hereby invites companies ("REGISTRANT"), with the relevant experiences and capabilities to participate in the prequalification phase ("PREQUALIFICATION") of a Tender as described below:

Local Content Requirement : Minimum 10% (ten percent).

PREQUALIFICATION will be undertaken in full compliance with SKK Migas Working Guideline No. PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 regarding Procurement of Goods/Services Implementation Guidelines and Procurement of Goods/Services Implementation Guidelines No. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0 with its amendments ("PTK 007").

BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKS:

CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for all project management of the Subsea Umbilical Riser and Flowlines (SURF), Abadi LNG Project package in a manner that delivers the EPCI Scope of Work efficiently and with the appropriate priority and scheduling of the work in a logical manner and in conformance with the CONTRACT.

CONTRACTOR shall have an efficient management organization, fully supported by effective systems and procedures, to ensure that all EPCI work is performed efficiently to meet all requirements of the CONTRACT including the safety, quality, schedule, environmental and cost.

CONTRACTOR shall perform, complete and construct the SURF facilities for Abadi LNG Project. CONTRACTOR's scope of work shall include all management, engineering, qualification, procurement, interfaces, supply, onshore fabrication /manufacturing / assembly, testing(s), load out, transportation, offshore installation, offshore pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance tests, including training, provision of assistance during start-up phase of the facilities.

The Abadi LNG Project SURF facilities comprises of the following:

a) Production System from three (3) drill centers tied back to the FPSO with total of ten (10) production wells, completed with its associated subsea production equipment in each drill center, consists of subsea production wells, wellhead and subsea trees, production manifold with its foundations, well jumpers, tie-in spool, dual flowlines (mechanically lined-pipe) complete with ancillaries, production riser base(s) with its foundation, subsea controls equipment, umbilicals and its termination assemblies, associate flying leads and high temperature production flexible risers including associated riser ancillaries;

b) Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) for one (1) drill center and 1 (one) CCS well completed with its associated subsea equipment consists of wells, wellhead and subsea trees, well jumper, associated flying leads, subsea controls equipment and umbilical;

c) Gas Export system comprises of 4 (four) anti flip gas export flexible risers with its ancillaries, Gas Export Riser Base modules with its foundations, Subsea Pig Receiver and Launcher, associated flying leads and GERB umbilical and its termination assembly, and Gas Export Pipeline tie-in spools;

d) Topside controls equipment integrated and interfaced into FPSO, such as Hydraulic Pump Unit (HPU), Topside Umbilical Termination Units (TUTUs), Electrical Power Units (EPUs), Master Control Station (MCS) systems and its associated sub-system, Riser Vent Gas Monitoring units, including all interfaces with FPSO Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS).

PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: REGISTRATION

REGISTRANT shall formally register by submitting the documents below to COMPANY's procurement management ("PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT") through e-mail to jkt.epci.surf@inpex.com:

1. A written letter requesting participation in the PREQUALIFICATION process, providing the email addresses and mobile numbers of two (2) designated contact person from the Registrant, who can be contacted regarding the PREQUALIFICATION process.

2. Copy of Certificate for Replacement of Administration Document (SPDA).

3. Evidence that the REGISTRANT holds the above-mentioned sub-sector classification in the form of a Business Identification Number (NIB), or a license demonstrating that the REGISTRANT possesses a business license in accordance with the KLBI as required above.

4. Statement letter stating REGISTRANT'S experience in undertaking and completing EPCI contracts for SURF EPCI comprises work of scope of Subsea Production System, Umbilical, Risers and Flowlines, with minimum water depth six hundred (600) meters, for at least the last 15 (fifteen) years.

REGISTRANT shall indicate work title, work value, and the contract owner, goods/services provider, and person in charge of the contract owner in the Statement Letter Parent Company or affiliation experience can be counted.

5. Confirmation letter stating that REGISTRANT and its affiliates shall not act as a contractor for the FEED for SURF of the Abadi LNG Project.

Other conditions will be specified in the PREQUALIFICATION Document.

PREQUALIFICATION SCHEDULE:

1. Registration for the PREQUALIFICATION process will take place from 2 March 2026 to 5 March 2026, no later than 15.00 WIB, through the following e-mail address jkt.epci.surf@inpex.com

2. PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT will inform the evaluation result based on the submitted PREQUALIFICATION registration documents to REGISTRANT. Only REGISTRANTS fulfilling all requirements above are eligible to participate in the next stage of the PREQUALIFICATION process.

PREQUALIFICATION Document will be sent by email together with the PREQUALIFICATION invitation only to REGISTRANT who fulfills all the registration requirements.

Failure to follow the above process and/or to submit the required documents may result in the respective REGISTRANT not being invited to the subsequent PREQUALIFICATION/Tender phase.
