ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD
Medco E&P Natuna Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Local Content : 85% for Service
Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.
Scope of Procurement:
Provision of Operation Support Services (Engineering services, Planning & Scheduling services, Administration support services) and Field Support Services (Technician Services, Lifting/Scaffolding services, Crane operating services, Jetty Master services and Marine advisor services) at Company Site at Offshore and Onshore Production Facilities.
PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:
1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 15 – 21 Oktober 2025, 16.00hrs
2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 21 October 2025: 16.00hrs
Remarks:
1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shallregistered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD)website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA.
2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all requireddocument for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).
3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shallregister in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
