ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

Medco E&P Grissik Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Type of Procurement : Barang Non APDN

Classification/Subclassification :

a. 4659 Perdagangan Besar Mesin, Peralatan dan Perlengkapan Lainnya, or

b. 4652 - Perdagangan Besar Suku Cadang Elektronik Dan Peralatan Telekomunikasi Dan Bagian-Bagiannya, or

c. Other business clasification of fields that are in accordance with the material in this tender.

Local Content : Minimum Local Content is not required in : this tender

Company Status : Perusahaan Modal Dalam Negeri, Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN atau PMA (PMDN bertindak sebagai Pemuka Konsorsium (Leadfirm); atau Pabrikan luar negeri/Perusahaan Asing yang berkonsorsium dengan PMDN bertindak sebagai Pemuka Konsorsium (Leadfirm).

Scope of Procurement:

To supply Integrated Modular Hpu, Cip Package and Flowcomp System For Corridor Projects.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 24-Apr-2026 08:00 WIB s.d 29-Apr-2026 13:00 WIB

2. Submission End Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 29- Apr-2026 16:00 WIB

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (https://civd-migas.go.id ) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com )

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company's e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
