ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

JOB Pertamina-Medco E&P Simenggaris as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

d. Other business classification of fields that are in accordance with the scope of works in this tender.

Minimum Local Content : 85%

Company Status : Local state-owned Company (PMDN); Non Local state-owned Company (PMA); Consortium between Local state-owned Company (PMDN) and Local state-owned Company (PMDN) or Non Local state-owned Company (PMA), with Local state-owned Company acting as Leadfirm

Scope of Procurement:

This tender is held to fulfill the needs of sea transportation, for passenger and/or goods, in the JOB Pertamina-Medco E&P Simenggaris operational area.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 8 Juli 2026 10.00 – 13 Juli 2026 15.00

2. Submission Dateline of Pre-Qualification Document : 13 Juli 2026 15.00

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com ) and have a valid SPDA

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com )

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company's e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com )

4. Details can be seen on https://extranet.medcoenergi.com

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
