PREQUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

INPEX Masela, LTD. ("COMPANY"), as the Production Sharing Contractor of the Masela Working Area hereby invites companies ("REGISTRANT"), with the relevant experiences and capabilities to participate in the prequalification phase ("PREQUALIFICATION") of a Tender as described below:

Business Sub-Classification: Aktivitas Telekomunikasi dengan Kabel (61100) Aktivitas Telekomunikasi Tanpa Kabel (61200) Perdagangan Besar Peralatan Telekomunikasi (46523) Cable Telecommunications Activities (61100) Wireless Telecommunications Activities (61200) Wholesale Trade of Telecommunications Equipment (46523)

Local Content Requirement: Minimal 75% (Tujuh puluh lima persen) / Minimum 75% (Seventy five percent).

Company Status :

- Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) / Domestic Investment Company (DIC);

- Konsorsium antara PMDN between DIC - DIC; atau/or PMDN / Consortium

- Konsorsium antara PMDN - Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) / Consortium between DIC Foreign Investment Company (FIC).

PMDN harus bertindak sebagai Pemuka Konsorsium/DIC shall as lead Firm.

PREQUALIFICATION will be undertaken in full compliance with SKK Migas Working Guideline No. PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revision 05) Second Amendment, regarding Procurement of Goods/Services Implementation Guidelines and Procurement of Goods/Services Implementation Guidelines No. EDR-0254/SKKIH0000/2025/S0 with its amendments ("PTK 007").

BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKS:

CONTRACTOR shall provide Network Backbone at OLNG site and Surrounding Area Services for a 24 (twenty-four) months period of contract, inclusive of 3 months for hardware & system implementation as required to deliver the services and 21 (twenty-one) months for maintenance services.

• Service Order #2: Buried Fiber Optic

PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENT COLLECTION REQUIREMENT:

REGISTRANT who are interested in registering into PREQUALIFICATION process is required to possess vendor account in INPEX ePCMS. The REGISTRANT having vendor account in INPEX ePCMS does not automatically register in the PREQUALIFICATION process.

REGISTRANT shall formally register by uploading the documents below ("REGISTRATION DOCUMENT") through INPEX ePCMS website at https://epcms.inpex.co.id  which addressed to COMPANY's procurement MANAGEMENT"): management ("PROCUREMENT

1. Copy of Certificate for Replacement of Administration Document (SPDA).

2. Evidence that the REGISTRANT holds the above-mentioned sub-sector classification in the form of a Business Identification Number (NIB), or a license demonstrating that the REGISTRANT possesses a business license in accordance with the KBLI as required above.

3. Copy of valid Telecommunication Service Provider License as Internet Service Provider (ISP) issued by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia through the OSS system.

Other conditions will be specified in the PREQUALIFICATION Document.

PREQUALIFICATION SCHEDULE:

1. Registration of PREQUALIFICATION will be conducted until 8 April 2026 at 15:00 WIB through through INPEX ePCMS website.

2. PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT will inform the evaluation result based on the submitted PREQUALIFICATION registration documents to REGISTRANT. Only REGISTRANTS fulfilling all requirements above are eligible to participate in the next stage of the PREQUALIFICATION process.

PREQUALIFICATION Document will be sent by email together with the PREQUALIFICATION invitation only to REGISTRANT who fulfills all the registration requirements.

Failure to follow the above process and/or to submit the required documents may result in the respective REGISTRANT not being invited to the subsequent PREQUALIFICATION/Tender phase.
