PREQUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

INPEX MASELA, LTD. ("INPEX"), as the Production Sharing Contractor of the Masela Working Area hereby invites companies, with the relevant experiences and capabilities to participate in the Prequalification phase of a Tender as described below:

Tender Title: Office Support Services

Tender Number: MAS/2019/0029

Business Qualification: Medium Scale Business

Business Classification: Other Services

Business Sub-Classification: Cleaning Services

Local Content Requirement: Minimum 55%

The Prequalification will be undertaken in full compliance with SKK Migas Working Guideline No. PTK-007/SKKMAOOOO/2017/S0 (Revision 04) regarding Procurement of Implementation Guidelines Implementation Guidelines 0167/SKKMHOOOO/2017/S7.

 

BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKS:

Company requires the contractor to provide support personnel of Office Supervisor, Office Assistants, Technician /Handymen for Jakarta Offices daily operation including cleaning service, pest control, materials supplies and stationary.

 

PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENT COLLECTION REQUIREMENT:

Interested companies shall formally register by submitting the following documents:

1. Copy of valid Certificate for Replacement of Administration Document (SPDA).

2. Copy of valid Business License (i.e. SIUP) in accordance with the required sub-classification indicated above.

Other conditions are specified in the Prequalification Document.

PREQUALIFICATION SCHEDULE: 1. Registration and collection of Prequalification Document shall be within 9 & 11 April 2019 during the hours of 8:00 - 10:30 AM and 1 :00 - 3:00 PM at INPEX office as per the address below.

2. Submission of Prequalification Proposal no later than 22 April 2019 at 3:00 PM (closing time) at INPEX office as per the address below.
