ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD
PT Medco E & P Indonesia as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Classification/ Subclassification : • 7020 – Kegiatan Konsultasi Manajemen; atau
• 091 – Aktivitas Penunjang Pertambangan Minyak Bumi dan Gas Alam; atau
• 71102 - Aktivitas Keinsinyuran dan Konsultasi Teknis YBDI ; atau
• 43223 - Instalasi Minyak Dan Gas; atau
• Klasifikasi bidang usaha lainnya yang sesuai
Local Content : 90%
Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.
Scope of Procurement:
Contractor shall provide Project Management and Professional Services including all required Contractor Group Equipment and Contractor Group Personnel.
PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:
1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 31 December 2025 07.00 WIB – 09 January 2026 16.00 WIB
2. Deadline Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 09 January 2026 16.00 WIB
Remarks:
1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA.
2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).
3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
