ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD
Medco E&P Natuna Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Scope of Procurement:
Provision of Cargo Vessel Services, where Contractor will supply and operate means of transport that carry passenger and goods at sea, river, or other water territory.
PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:
1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 30 October 2025 13:00 WIB – 05 November 2025 16:00 WIB
2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document: 05 November 202517:00 WIB
Remarks:
1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shallregistered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database(CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a validSPDA.
2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload allrequired document for Pre-Qualification through e-Procwebsite (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).
3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shallregister in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
