Brief Scope of Work : To provide Deepwater Drilling Rig (Drill Ship or Semi-Submersible Rig) flying Indonesian flag or foreign flag, and capable to operate at water depth exceeding 1,200m in South Andaman Block. The commencement window is in mid-Q2 2027.
II. PREQUALIFICATION REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
Application Letter interested in participating in the Pre-Qualification Tender signed by the authorized director of the company (must include full address, telephone number and email address that are still active and can be contacted.

IV. MISCELLANEOUS
1. Prequalification can only be participated by legal entity(-ies) and not not under the supervision of any court, not declared as insolvent by a court decision which is legally binding. Its business activity is not being suspended.
2. Only Participants who passed the qualification evaluation will be invited to the next Tender process.
3. Qualification document submission beyond the designated time and location above will not be accepted.
