ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

PT Medco E & P Indonesia as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Local Content : 75.00% for Services

Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.

Scope of Procurement:

Contractor must carry out electrical network installation services, both low voltage below 1kV for mess and office areas and medium voltage between 1kV - 30kV for Over Head Line (OHL) networks, stations and well areas in the Company's Work Area.

PQ participants candidate who are interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 1 December 2025 – 5 December 2025

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 5 December 2025

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
