Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification
KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”) as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the PreQualification process with the following details:
1. Bid Number : KINDAO/KIABV/REC/OPD/2025/003
2. Bid Title : PROVISION OF HYDRAULIC PEDESTAL CRANE FOR ANAMBAS DEVELOPMENT
3. Delivery Time : 12 Months ARO
4. Scope of Work : COMPANY requires an experienced and qualified CONTRACTOR to supply Hydraulic Pedestal Crane Equipment to support COMPANY’s Anambas Development program in offshore Natuna sea.
5. Type of Procurement : Goods
6. Business Qualification : Large Business
7. Business Classification : Purchase Material (28160)_Material handling equipment industry
8. HSE Risk : Low Risk
9. Minimum Local Content : 0%
Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:
1. PQ Registration Period 9 February 2026 to 13 February 2026 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours WIB
2. Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration :
1. Valid SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin).
2. Valid Business License (SIUJK/IUT/NIB/SIUP) which shows that BIDDER has the valid license to provide equipment.
3. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intentions to participate in this Pre-Qualification process including contact information of the Person in Charge, signed by BIDDER’s authorized personnel.
4. Statement Letter confirming that BIDDER will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 0% signed by BIDDER authorized personnel.
All the above Registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idnprocurementcommittee@kufpec.com
3. PQ Document Distribution Period : 16 February 2026 at 15.00 hours
PQ Document will be distributed through e-mail.
4. PQ Submission Date 20 February 2026 at 15.00 hours WIB
All PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com by the due date above.
5. PQ Correspondences (Via Email Only) : All electronic correspondences and soft copies of PQ proposals shall be addressed to the following:
