EXTENSION ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

Medco Energi Madura Offshore Pty. Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Business Classification : Large Scale

Type of Procurement : 2.b Jasa Pemboran Laut

Classification/Subclassification :

a. 091 - Aktivitas Penunjang Pertambangan Minyak Bumi dan Gas Alam; atau

b. Bidang Sub Bidang lain yang sesuai

Local Content : 5% for Services

Company Status : Keikutsertaan Pendaftar yang menawarkan pengeboran/kerja berbendera Indonesia: menara ulang

a) Diikuti oleh Perusahaan PMDN, Perusahaan PMA, Konsorsium Perusahaan PMDN dengan Perusahaan PMDN, Konsorsium dan/atau Perusahaan PMDN dengan Perusahaan PMA dimana Perusahaan PMDN bertindak sebagai Pemuka Konsorsium (Leadfirm);

b) Perusahaan PMDN atau Perusahaan PMDN sebagai pihak dalam Konsorsium atau Pemuka Konsorsium (Leadfirm) mengerjakan wajib minimal sebesar 30% (tiga puluh persen) dari nilai Kontrak.

Keikutsertaan Pendaftar yang menawarkan menara pengeboran/kerja ulang berbendera asing:

a) Harus berbentuk PMDN atau Konsorsium Perusahaan PMDN dengan Perusahaan PMA dan/atau Perusahaan Asing;

b) Perusahaan PMDN dalam konsorsium wajib mengerjakan minimal 10% (sepuluh persen) dari nilai Kontrak;

c) Pendaftar merupakan Perusahaan Angkutan Laut Nasional atau Konsorsium dengan Perusahaan Angkutan Laut Nasional.

Scope of Procurement:

Company to provide drilling rig/workover candidate to support well program in Madura Offshore Working Area. The Contract Period is one (1) year well basis consist of one (1) firm well. The drilling schedule is estimated to commence within 1 September - 31 October 2026.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre- Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 1-6 April 2026 at 07:00 16:00 Hrs

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document: 6 April 2026 at 16:00 Hrs

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company's e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document
