Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and Saka Energi Muriah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following Prequalification.

1. Scope of Work:
Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and Saka Energi Muriah Limited (“COMPANY”) intend to have Medical Services Contract which includes but not limited to provision of general medical services, occupational health services, evacuation and medicine/equipment handling for Gas Oil Plant of field operations in onshore, offshore, Project Pangkah Field Gresik Saka Indonesia Pangkah Ltd (SIPL), East Java and in gas field offshore Saka Energi Muriah Ltd (SEML), 200 km north from Semarang, Central Java.
The main objective to ensure that the health service is delivered well and all personnels are met to COMPANY requirements and government regulation with the capabilities which are needed. CONTRACTOR are preferred who already have experience carrying out onsite medical service and medical evacuation activities in the area around the Gresik North Java Sea and the Madura Strait and shall be responsible to deliver the main job under safety and reliable performance.
Work Location: Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and Saka Energi Muriah Limited The duration of contract is for three (3) year’s period.
2. General Requirement for Registration:
Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:
1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.
2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).
3. Applicant who interested shall register to lien.noersaid@sakaenergi.com and procurement@sakaenergi.com
4. Schedule of Prequalification:
Details of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and collect the Prequalification Document via electronic mail at the schedule given below:
