ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

PT Medco E & P Indonesia as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Local Content : 80%

Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.

Scope of Procurement:

The Scope of Work that must be provided and/or carried out by the Contractor during the Contract Term is to carry out civil construction work in the Company's fields in the Palembang, Rimau Block, South Sumatra Block and Lematang Block areas.

All Work as stipulated in the Contract should be based on Call-Off Work basis.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 03 December 2025 10:00 WIB – 08 December 2025 16:00 WIB

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 09 December 2025 16:00 WIB

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

4. Tender shall only be followed by the PQ participants candidate who domiciled in South Sumatera Province.

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
