ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

Medco E&P Grissik Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Local Content : 35% for Service

Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.

Scope of Procurement:

The scope of work covered under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, engineering works, manufacturing/fabrication, assembly of light poles, lighting systems, modular security posts, inspection services, handling/loading onto trucks, and delivery of goods to the Company’s designated delivery point.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 4 – 7 November 2025, at 07.00 WIB – 16.00 WIB

2. Latest Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 7 November 2025 until at 16.00 WIB

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shallregistered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD)website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload allrequired document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shallregister in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
