Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. ("COMPANY"), invites potential Contractor ("BIDDER") to participate in the Pre-Qualification process with the following details:

1. Bid Number : KINDAO/KIABV/REC/FAD/2026/007

2.  Bid Title : Provision of Sworn Translator Services

3. Contract Period : Forty-Eight (48) Months

4. Scope of Work :  COMPANY requires CONTRACTOR to provide sworn translator services to support and perform translation of documents on a call-out basis. The scope of documents includes management, technical, and administrative materials requiring high-quality translation from Bahasa Indonesia to English and vice versa, for a period of forty-eight (48) months.

The Services shall be provided on a call-out basis for forty-eight (48) months Contract Term and shall include a panel of at least three (3) translators holding valid sworn translator certifications, with proven experience in translating oil and gas industry documents. These documents include, but are not limited to, Company Regulations, SKKMIGAS Work Procedure Guidelines (PTK) and their revisions, various contracts, tax documents, correspondence, and any other documents as may be requested.

7. Business Classification: Other Services 74901- (Aktivitas Penerjemah Atau Interpreter).

8. Minimum Local Content : 90.00%

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1. PQ Registration Period : 21 April 2026 - 24 April 2026 at 08.00-15.00 hours WIB

2. Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration :

1. Valid SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin).

2. Valid business license (NIB/SIUP and other applicable licenses) which shows that PARTICIPANT has a valid license in accordance with the business classification and Scope of Work above.

3. Statement letter confirming PARTICIPANT intention to participate in this PQ process including contact information of the Person in Charge, signed by PARTICIPANT's authorized personnel.

4. Statement Letter confirming that PARTICIPANT will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 90% signed by PARTICIPANT authorized personnel.

All the above registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com  

3. PQ Document Distribution Period : 24 April 2026 at 15.00-17.00 hours WIB

PQ Document will be distributed through e-mail.

4. PQ Submission Date : 30 April 2026 at 15.00 hours WIB

All PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com  by the due date above.

Only Registered BIDDERs who submitted a complete and correct PQ Proposals and passed the PQ evaluation in its entirety will be eligible to be invited to the Bidding Process.
