Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and PT Saka Energi Sepinggan as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following Prequalification.

Scope of Work:
Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and PT. Saka Energi Sepinggan (COMPANY) and its affiliates has requirement for Provision of Tubular Handling and Running Services.
The Scope of Work shall include but not limited to the following services:
Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and PT. Saka Energi Sepinggan (COMPANY) foresees the needs of Mechanical Type Tubular Handling and Running Services in support of COMPANY’S Drilling, Completion, and Workover operations in Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited PSC - Offshore, East Java and Pekawai block - East Kalimantan. Services are to be provided on board of COMPANY’s Mobile Offfshore Drilling Units (MODU) include but are not limited to: Drilling Barges, Jack-ups and Semi-subs and COMPANY’s Land Drilling Units.
Based on current activity plan, the drilling, completion, and workover campaign will be started on Q1 of 2026 and expected to last for 1 years. Sequence of the activities will be initiated with workover activity in Wellhead Platform (WHP), and continue with drilling campaign in West Pangkah Wellpad and continue to Wellhead Platform (WHP), Sidayu, and Tambakboyo also in Pekawai. However, COMPANY has the right to change the order of work at any time.
This contract period will be two (2) years of service.
General Requirement for Registration:
Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:
1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.
2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).
Schedule of Prequalification:
Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Pre-qualification Document. Applicant could register for the Prequalification Document thru email at the schedule and venue given below:

This tender process is based and refer to the Pedoman Tata Kerja SKK MIGAS No. PTK.007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revisi 05) and tender guidlines no. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0 and only qualified applicant could participate in this Prequalification.
