Tender Announcement Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification
KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. ("COMPANY") a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi ("SKKMIGAS") as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors ("PARTICIPANT") to participate in the Pre-Qualification ('PQ") process with the following details:
1 Bid Number : KINDAO/KIABV/REC/OPD/2026/006.
2 Bid Title : PROVISION OF UPPER COMPLETION EQUIPMENT SUPPLY AND SERVICES.
3 Contract Period : Sixty (60) months.
4 Scope of Work : COMPANY requires an experienced CONTRACTOR to provide Upper Completion Equipment Supply, Engineering and Installation Services on a call-out basis to support offshore drilling operations in the Anambas Block.
The scope includes the supply and rental of upper completion equipment, provision of qualified personnel, engineering support, installation services and associated services, including but not limited to Production Packer, Tubing Retrievable Safety Valves (TRSV), Landing Nipple and accessories, Permanent Downhole Gauge (PDHG) and other related completion accessories and supporting material.
5 Type of Procurement : Material Supply and Services (Combined).
6 Business Qualification : Medium/Large Business.
7 Business Classification : Drilling Services - Aktivitas Penunjang Pertambangan Minyak dan Gas Alam (KBLI: 09100).
8 HSE Risk Assessment : High Risk.
9 : Minimum Local Content : 5%.
Interested PARTICIPANT which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:
1 PQ Registration Period : 12-18 June 2026 at 08:00 - 15:00 hours (WIB).
2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration
1. Valid SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin).
2. Valid business license (NIB/SIUP and other applicable licenses) which shows that PARTICIPANT has a valid license in accordance with the required business classification or Scope of Work (preferably having license in providing upper completion equipment supply and services).
3. Statement letter confirming PARTICIPANT intentions to participate in this PQ process including contact information of the Person in Charge, signed by PARTICIPANT's authorized personnel.
4. Statement letter confirming that PARTICIPANT will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 5% signed by PARTICIPANT authorized personnel.
All the above registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com
3 PQ Document Distribution Period : 18 June 2026 at 15:00 hours (WIB).
PQ Documents (incuding Financial Due Diligence and HSSE Questionnaire) will be distributed through e-mail.
4 PQ Submission Date 25 June 2026 at 15:00 hours (WIB).
PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommittee@kufpec.com by the due date above.
