ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

Medco E&P Natuna Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Scope of Procurement:

To provide Container & other Cargo Carrying Unit (CCU) services for transportation of material and equipment to support operations (regular basis) and project / drilling (call out basis).

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 17 November 2025 14:00 WIB – 20 November 2025 16:00 WIB

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 20 November 2025 17:00

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shallregistered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database(CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a validSPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload allrequired document for Pre-Qualification through e-Procwebsite (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shallregister in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
