ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD
Medco E&P Grissik Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.
Scope of Procurement:
Contract services which provide expertise in quality assurance/ quality control/ quality surveillance and health safety and environment (HSE) inspections, lifting equipment inspection, construction equipment inspection, construction progress quantity surveillance and field route inspection.
PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:
1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 27 – 30 October 2025, at 08.00 WIB – 16.00 WIB
2. End Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 30 October 2025, at 16.00 WIB
Remarks:
1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to registershall registered in Centralized & Integrated VendorDatabase (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) andhave a valid SPDA.
2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload allrequired document for Pre-Qualification through e-Procwebsite (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).
3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shallregister in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
