ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

Medco E&P Grissik Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Procurement Title : Technical Services For Engineering

No Procurement : CS80478

Business Classification : Small / Medium / Large Scale enterprises

Type of Procurement : Pengadaan Jasa Lainnya

a. 09100 - Aktivitas Penunjang Pertambangan Minyak dan Gas Alam; atau

b. 72102 - Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Teknologi Dan Rekayasa; atau

C. 71102 Aktivitas Keinsyiruan dan Konsultansi Teknis YBDI; atau lain d. Bidang/Sub-Bidang yang sesuai

Local Content : 75%

Company Status : Perusahaan Penanaman Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMDN, dan/atau Konsorsium PMDN dengan PMA.

Scope of Procurement:

Contractor shall supply engineers, inspectors, equipment valid certificates on an "on call" basis to perform design review, reverse engineering, residual life assessment, and risk assessment services as required and directed by Company Representative. Contractor shall prepare the engineering report, technical report, certificates and necessary documentation as required to be issued in accordance with applicable current provisions.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre- Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 21 s/d 24 April 2026 at 16:00 WIB

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 24 April 2026 AT 17:00 WIB

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company's e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com ).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document
