PREQUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

INPEX Masela, LTD. (“COMPANY”), as the Production Sharing Contractor of the Masela Working Area hereby invites companies (“REGISTRANT”), with the relevant experiences and capabilities to participate in the prequalification phase (“PREQUALIFICATION”) of a Tender as described below:

Business Classification : Other Services

Business Sub-Classification: ▪ Rental and Leasing Activities Without Machine Option Rights.

▪ Wholesale of Computers and Computers Equipment.

▪ Data Communication System Services.

Local Content Requirement : Minimum 70%

Company Status : ▪ Domestic Investment Company (DIC); or

▪ Consortium between DIC - DIC; or

▪ Consortium between PMDN - PMA; or

PMDN Company is required to carry out at least 70% (seventy percent) of the contract value.

PREQUALIFICATION will be undertaken in full compliance with SKK Migas Working Guideline No. PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revision 05) regarding Procurement of Goods/Services Implementation Guidelines and Procurement of Goods/Services Implementation Guidelines No. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0.

BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKS:

COMPANY requires the Contractor to provide Telecommunication Services for a 51 (fifty-one) months period of contract, inclusive of 3 months for hardware & software delivery and system implementation as required to deliver the services. The scope of this contract includes Installation and Maintenance services for Private Radio Communication Service, Satellite Phone Services, Satellite Internet Services, Project Setup (incl. mob/demobilization material, personnel, installation, testing and hands-over.), Operation Managed Service (Pro-active, corrective, personnel, Annual Certificate, Reporting, Decommissioning/Demobilization) as required in the contract.

PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENT COLLECTION REQUIREMENT:

REGISTRANT shall formally register by submitting the documents below to COMPANY’s procurement management (“PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT”) through e-mail to jkt.msl.inpextender@inpex.co.jp:

1. Copy of valid Certificate for Replacement of Administration Document (SPDA) in accordance with the required business qualification and business classification.

2. Copy of valid business license or certificate in accordance with the required sub-classification.

Other conditions will be specified in the PREQUALIFICATION Document.

PREQUALIFICATION SCHEDULE:

1. Registration of PREQUALIFICATION will be conducted within 19 September 2025 until 24 September 2025 14:00 WIB through the following e-mail address jkt.msl.inpextender@inpex.co.jp.

2. PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT will inform the evaluation results of the REGISTRATION DOCUMENT submitted by the REGISTRANT. Only REGISTRANT that fulfill all the requirements above are eligible to take part in the next PREQUALIFICATION process.

PREQUALIFICATION Document will be sent together with PREQUALIFICATION invitation to REGISTRANT who fulfills all the requirements.

Failure to follow the above process and/or failure to submit the required documents as listed above may result in the respective REGISTRANT will not be invited to the subsequent PREQUALIFICATION/Tender phase.
