ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD
Medco Energi Sampang Pty. Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Scope of Procurement:
Provision of Batch Controller Condensate Metering System including but nit limited to material, system application, project management, engineering and documentation,, FAT, SAT and commissioning
PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:
1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 16 s/d 22 Oktober 2025, at 16:00 WIB
2.Submission Date of Pre-QualificationDocument : 22 Oktober 2025 at 17:00 WIB
Remarks:
1.The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shallregistered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database(CIVD) website (civdmigas.skkmigas.go.id) and have a validSPDA.
2.PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload allrequired document for Pre-Qualification through e-Procwebsite (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).
3.If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shallregister in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system(https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).
4.Details can be seen on https://extranet.medcoenergi.com
PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
