PT Summit Niaga is the subsidiary company of Sumitomo Corporation. We are a leading IPP player in the world with cumulative power generation asset in Indonesia up to 4.7 GW. Head office in Jakarta, currently we are looking for qualified staffs for the position as follows:

Accounting & Finance SPV

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and input the daily journal entries in Accounting System

- Prepare and review monthly management report ( GL, Balance Sheet, P&L, etc )

  includes performing variance analysis.

- Prepare and handle monthly and yearly closing

- Prepare and monitoring budget report

- Review and control for reconciliation Petty Cash and Bank Statement

- Review of tax payment and tax filing ( VAT, WHT, CIT etc )

- Liaise with internal & external auditor 

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when requested

Requirements:

- Degree in accounting from reputable University

- 5 years or more working experience

- Proficient with MS Office, very well knowledge in ACCPAC system

- Good planning and organizational skills and be able to multi-task

- Independent and self-discipline

- Good command of English, both written and oral communication skills

- Dedicated, committed and responsible

- Prepare to work extra hours during peak period, i.e. month-end and yearly closing.

HRD&GA MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER

Requirement and background:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Psychology/Law or relevant.

• Minimum 5 year experience in HR/GA Manager/Assistant Manager Position.

• Knowledge of Labor law and Local law.

• Experience in handling company rule and regulation, handling employee relation and Industrial relation issue.

• Team Development, team player.

• Coaching and self-motivated and dynamic.

• Good command of English ( proven both spoken & written ).

• Good computer literate in Microsoft Office.

• Good understanding of job analysis

• Good understanding related compensation and benefit

• Preferably from Energy Company

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all HRGA functions including recruitment, Compensation & Benefit matters, employee relations, performance management, training, compliances, expatriate Issue such us RPTKA, Visa and working permit, etc.

• Responsible on company payroll

• Mapping an appropriate salary structure system in accordance with company conditions.

• Manage, review, control and communicate the process of performance management. system (PMS) and evaluation to ensure its effectiveness.

• Manage, review, and making new employee promotion system.

• Develop plan and control training system to ensure expected competencies level of associates meet the requirements.

• Manage and oversee all GA function including Licenses, Transportation, Expatriate accommodation, etc.

• Manage and control all administrative activities related to employment, including HRIS.
