We are currently looking for a highly qualified and dynamic professional manpower for the following position:
HSE MANAGER (HSEM)
(1 Person)
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct the entire HSE team, ensuring that each team performs its tasks in accordance with the established standards.
• Monitor the performance of the HSE team and assess the achievement of performance targets.
• Ensure that the implementation of Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) and Electrical Management System (SMK2) is in accordance with the requirements that have been regulated.
• Monitor the implementation of internal/external audits and management reviews of the two management systems above carried out in accordance with the schedule that has been made and followed up as needed.
• Oversee the compliance of policy, procedure, and standard implementation related to HSE by all employees across the company, ensuring adherence to both national and international HSE regulations.
• Conduct regular evaluations and improvements of the existing HSE system, ensuring the implementation of socialization programs for the latest HSE systems.
• To ensure the implementation of Permit To Work System in line with requirement of Safety Rules by conducting regular audit for Life Safety and Cancelled Safey Documents.
• Manage the internal audit process to ensure the company’s compliance with HSE policies positions.
• Ensure the proper handling and resolution of incidents or work-related accidents, including incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Develop risk mitigation plans to ensure optimal operational safety
• Ensure that HSE training and certification requirements for employees and contractors are met in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE reports as an evaluation of ongoing HSE activities and also report to Lender and Insurances as needed.
• Present evaluation results and improvement recommendations to management as input for strategic planning.
• Supervise and direct the operational activities in the company health clinic, ensuring that all operations and handling are conducted according to established standards
• Drive improvement in overall team performance and direct talent planning / management.
• Ensure and giving direction for individual team development and create succession planning.
• Follow and comply with HSE programs and procedures to achieve zero LTI (Lost Time Injury).
• Performing additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of company objectives.
• Monitoring the implementation of the Environmental Management Plan and Environmental Monitoring Plan (RKL-RPL)
• Evaluate current environmental work guidelines by examining the alignment of guidelines with the latest standards and applicable regulations to ensure the company always complies with regulations and implements best practices in environmental management
• Ensure the readiness of the fire protection system by implementing inspection and maintenance programs in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure the readiness of the Emergency Response Team in dealing with emergency conditions at the Site.
Job Requirements:
• Education background bachelor’s degree (S1) in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), OHSE, Engineering, or a related field from reputable university with at least 5 years relevant experience in HSE field,
• Comprehensive experience in the power plant sector or related industries
• Strong understanding of HSE regulation, HSE best practices, especially in Safety Rules (PTW).
• People person, good communication, negotiation, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with Basic computer operation with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word and MS-Project).
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Willing to work in emergency work at site.
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
INSTRUMENT & CONTROL JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (ICJT)

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure systems remain in optimal condition.
• Conduct corrective maintenance to address technical issues within the instrument & control systems.
• Perform maintenance & repairs on instrument & control equipment according to the maintenance schedule.
• Manage the I&C workshop and ensure the tools are in ready-to-use condition.
• Execute system repairs and propose modifications to improve efficiency.
• Assist in managing and organizing maintenance documentation, including SOPs and WIs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for improving the quality of maintenance documentation.
• Execute outage activities and continuous improvements on instrument & control systems according to procedures.
• Ensure smooth outage activities to minimize operational impacts.
• Carry out necessary modifications to maintain system reliability.
• Follow and comply with HSE program and procedures to achieve zero LTI (Lost Time Injury).
• Performing additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of company objectives.
Job Requirements:
• Education background Diploma degree (D3)Physics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or a related field from reputable university with at least 2 years relevant experience in industrial instrument & control maintenance. Fresh graduate can be considered
• Have knowledge of automation, control systems and maintenance of instrument and control equipment
• Familiarity with Basic computer operation with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word and MS-Project).
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Willing to work in emergency work at site.

MECHANICAL LEADER (MCL)

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support efficient mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal operations.
• Assist in maintenance strategy development and related business plan preparation.
• Contribute to Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) to maximize system reliability.
• Supervise and approve short-term and long-term (5 years) maintenance schedules and routine planning.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted on time per the schedule and operational needs.
• Manage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) within maintenance activities
• Preparing the mechanical maintenance budget and ensuring spending aligns with planned allocations.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports on mechanical maintenance activities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify all kinds of issues and troubles related to the mechanical system.
• Oversee inventory to maintain min-max levels and ensure smooth maintenance operations.
• Prepare procurement plans for maintenance and evaluate TBE and STC related to contractors.
• Ensure material management, receiving, and stock storage align with company standards.
• Supports the process of work plan and budget preparation by gathering data, analyzing field requirements, and providing relevant input for field development.
• Coordinates with their team to ensure data completeness and accurate estimates.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GPA 2.8 out of 4.0
• Minimum of 12 years working experience as Mechanical Engineers in large coal fired power plant mechanical maintenance and at least 5 years working experience as Senior Mechanical Engineers in Super Critical Coal Fired Power Plant.
• Having knowledge Mechanical System and Equipment Maintenance
• Able to operate basic computers with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word, and MS-Project)
• Preferably hold Certification related to power generation sector Level 6
• Have good communication skills, oral and written, in English and Indonesian.
• Have good interpersonal, negotiation skills and work independently in a team

ORGANIZATION & SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (OSDM)

Job Responsibilities:
• Design, analyze and implement human resources system to maximize human resources implementation in the Company’s
• Provide, maintain and analyze organization structures as required to meet Company’s business requirements and to support Company’s daily operation
• Develop, design and monitor the process of compiling competency models and dictionaries (core, functional/technical) in accordance with applicable procedures.

Job Requirements:
• Education background bachelor’s degree (S1) in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field from reputable university with at least 8 – 10 years relevant experience in HR field, proven work experience as Organization & System Development Manager or similar role, in power plant, mining or oil & gas company
• Comprehensive experience in HR Management System
• People person, good communication, negotiation, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong understanding of HR Strategies, regulation and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and familiar with HR Management software (HRIS)

PORT MANAGER (CODE: PMGR)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and oversee the berthing and assisting unloading activities.
2. Ensure that all requirements for berthing, unloading, and ship departures are met in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Ensure security throughout the berthing and unloading process until the ship departs the port.
4. Inspect jetty conditions before and after ship berthing and prepare routine reports to ensure that the port remains in optimal condition and prevent potential operational disruptions due to damage.
5. Ensure all activities and personnel within the port comply with safety and environmental requirements to facilitate safe and productive operations.
6. Ensure all reporting compliance is provided correctly and punctually.
7. Develop corrective and preventive actions for deviations at the company’s port.
8. Create and develop systems and procedures for berthing, unloading, and departure of ships in the port area that refer to applicable regulations as well as production and technological needs so that production activities can run efficiently and optimally.
9. Monitor the condition of the shipping channel to the jetty is well maintained and provide recommendations for regular bathymetry checks and dredging when shallow as required.
10. Ensure periodic maintenance of aids to navigation is carried out properly and correctly in accordance with regulations.
11. Drive improvement in overall team performance and direct talent planning/management.

Job Requirements:
1. Education Background Minimum Diploma Degree in Nautical minimum ANT-II.
2. Preferably have a minimum of 5 years of experience in port management or related field.
3. Preference to having experience Ship operating procedures, Ship Management, International Safety Management code, International Ship and Port Facility Security code, Port Management, Port Operation procedures, Safety of Life at Sea (Solas), Draught survey, Aid to Navigation
4. Familiarity with Basic computer operation with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word and MS-Project).
5. Good in English is mostly considered.
6. Willing to work in emergency work at site.
7. Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
RECRUITMENT & TRAINING OFFICER (RTO)

Job Responsibilities:
• Implement recruitment and training processes according to Company standards
• Assist the company in achieving strategic goals related to human resources
• Design and implement employee training and development programs that are relevant to the needs of the company and employees.
• Coordinate with departments related to the recruitment and training process.
• Assess employee training needs and create plans to meet those needs and monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of employee training and development programs.
• Develop and ensure that each training course is evaluated and has data to improve training sessions.
• Provide accurate and timely reports for the recruitment and training process.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law and Human Resource Management, preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in recruitment and training, in the same industry (Steam Power Plant)
• Minimum GPA 2.8 out of 4.0
• Having knowledge and skill in developing training needs analysis and training evaluation.
• Able to operate basic computers with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word, and MS-Project)
• Preferably hold BNSP competency certificate related to HR matter
• Have good communication skills, oral and written, in English and Indonesian.
• Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills and work independently in a team
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java
