Archi Group is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Bandung – West Java, PT. Elang Mulia Abadi Sempurna (EMAS)/Lotus Archi – is currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

FINANCE MANAGER (CODE: FM-IX/2020)

(Location: Bandung – West Java)

This role reports to Finance Director, responsible for executing a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable and receivable, tax returns, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, forecasting and budgeting.

Main Duties :

1. Understand and comprehend business processes at PT Elang Mulia Abadi Sempurna.

2. Operate the designated ERP software to:

• Design chart of account

• Operate the software in a whole for all modules required by AR, AP,  Inventory/Warehousing, Sales Order, Purchase Order and General Ledger.

3. Operate e-banking for transactions

4. Supervise payments via e-banking .

5. Create a Cash Forecast for the following period fund demand.

6. Do a cost control on Company expenses.

7. Supervise the data input to the ERP System.

8. Generate Monthly Financial Report consisting of Generate Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Report etc.

9. Run the tax functions, in regards to the local Tax Office. Create PPN SPT monthly, Withholding Tax, and others related to taxes.

10. Run the Budgeting and Forecasting functions.

11. Assist /supervise contract/agreement making.

12. Create SOP related to Finance and Administration.

Requirements:

1. S1 Accounting with GPA min. 3.00;

2. Male/Female, max 35 years old;

3. Minimum 4 years’ experience in Accounting and Taxation;

4. Preferable have minimum 2 years experiences in Public Accounting Firm.

5. Good taxation skill;

6. Fluent in English both oral or written;

7. Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular);
