We are open position, such as:

1. Senior Engineer

(Code: SR ENG)

Job scope:

Directing and coordinating the making of short-term mining designs and plans based on the correct "sequence" and in accordance with mining operational techniques that include production plans and estimation of tool requirements to ensure the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and customer wishes.

Qualification:

•    Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineer.

•    Have experience minimum 5 years in the same field.

•    Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.

•    Familiar with Mining Software used in mining company.

•    Willing to be Placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

2. Manager of Mine Operation

(Code : MMOD)

Job Scope:

Planning a strategy, coordinating, controlling, evaluating and taking action to improve internal and external production activities in the project covering all production activities with the aim of achieving production targets that have been set and implemented effectively, efficiently and safely in accordance with applicable regulations.

Duties:

•    Ensure the strategy of achieving production targets can be realized by coordinating along with related departement, subcontractor, and customer in order to ensure achievement production target.

•    Ensure job preparation of each related shift with crew and tool settings.

•    Ensure work area as well as every anticipation risks that may occur according to supervisor's direction through effective coordination with the engineer and other related parties.

•    Ensure manpower availability for to support mining operations.

•    Ensure availability of tools to support mining operational needs.

Qualification:

•    Minimum Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineering / Geology Engineering.

•    Has work experience min 10 years in the same field.

•    Has experience minimum 5 years as Manager operation and has experience in mining contractors bussiness.

•    In depth knowledge about mining process, HSE procedures, units/ tools specification, macro process for operation engineering, plant maintenance process, able to apply mine operation best practice, and safety mining for contractors.

•    Understand financial analyst, cost and budgeting. Familiar with contract and able to comprehend working strategies based on them.

•    Hold POM Certificate an FINON Certificate.

•    Willing to be Placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).
