Environmental Officer

Job Description:

• Establish and supervise the execution of various monitoring programmes

• To provide monthly report to EHS Manager on EHS system operation and performance.

• Ensure the effective implementation of risk assessments, and follow up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to company ISO, OHSAS policies and legal requirement;

• Conduct incident investigations and recommendations on corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Compile accident statistic and identify a trend if applicable and thereafter make known to all of action to be taken.

• Recommend a safety time out (STO) to the PM for approval to allow a breather for the site to conduct a refresher in-house training and thorough inspection to break the trend.

• Ensure a system is implemented to check on personnel competency and fitness of tools, equipment and machineries prior to work commencement.

• Exercise control in enforcing compliances to legal requirement and in-house rules. .

• To conduct regular inspection to ensure that the measures are at all times in place and complaints related

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• AMDAL, POP, POM certification.

• Willing to work at Project Site

Role Lifting Engineer:

1. Coordinating, planning, preparing and monitoring all lifting and rigging activities.

2. Ensure all lifting and rigging activities are carried out in strict compliance with authorities’ and Client’s requirements.

3. Ensuring all rigging tools and equipment are good working condition.

4. Ensuring all documentation (lifting & rigging plans, method statement, calculation)

5. Expect knowledge in lifting equipment, lifting inspection, and lifting devaluation calculation.

6. Thorough understanding of the testing requirement for lifting equipment.

7. Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

1. Certified Engineer (BEng Equivalent)

2. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English

3. Minimum five (5) years heavy lift experience in the oil and gas sector.

4. Minimum 3 years’ experience creating heavy complex drawing’s in AutoCAD, with skill to produce detailed and technical AutoCAD lifting and rigging plot plans and studies to scale.

Welding supervisor:

1. Controlling  the welding activities carried out in accordance with safety standards

2. Checking the drawing/picture with the correct revision number

3. Checking the approved welding and welder specifications.

4. Checking whether the calibration still valid (welding equipment and instrument inspection)

5. Checking the certificates of materials and consumables in accordance with to WPS.

6. Checking the size, condition, specifications and storage area of the pipe, plate and welding consumable

7. Ensuring the correct method for cutting weld preparation

8. Ensure the proper preparation (relevant bevel angle, root face, root gap, root radius, land, etc.)

9. Distortion control before welding, during and after welding (tackling, bridging, jigs, line up clamp, sequence/balance welding, etc.)

10. Ensuring use the right temperature and pre heat method before, during and after welding

11. Visual check of the weld joint after welding

12. Checking and control NDT requirements.

13. Identify of improvements to visual report or NDT

14. Ensuring the procedure re welding based on the approval

Requirement:

1. Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Engineering or equivalent

2. NDT II Certificate

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas sector.

4. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English

5. Willing to be place at Site.

Piping Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage verall project schedule, basic design data, client specification, client standard drawings, existing drawings, and plot plan.

• To assist in planning and organizing piping engineering activities and manpower requirement for the project.

• To assist in developing piping engineering and design schedule, manpower requirements, manhour distribution and execution plan based on the scope of work and approved budget manhour/schedule.

• To coordinate piping design and engineering effort with other area Lead Engineers and disciplines of the project.

• To prepare piping information list and layout and document list following standard procedure created for the project.

• To prepare piping general specification inclusive of specification for piping arrangement, piping support standards.

• To interpret and evaluate stress/vibration analysis result and provides necessary recommendation on resolving the method of analysis.

• To develop conceptual routing, piping layout and piping information of major critical equipment of the project such as tower/column, airfin coolers, heaters, compressors and reactors, preferably in 3D CAD format.

• To check and review all work such as piping layout and information prepared by Engineers, 3D model, MTO, BQ and other deliverables of the project for compliance to project standards or specifications, applicable codes, contract requirements, quality standards and accepted engineering and construction practices.

• To check and review piping material specification (line classes), specifications/requisitions for bulk and special piping components, vendor quotation evaluations and verifications of vendor documents and piping material take-off prepared by engineers for compliance to project standards or specifications, applicable codes, contract requirements, quality standards and accepted engineering and construction practices.

• To provide field engineering support/advice towards piping installation and testing at construction site.

• To perform the function inherent to Piping Key Person as designated by Piping Department Manager.

• To evaluate the performance of and provide counseling and guidance to members of the project.

• To identify and recommend training programs including cross training of piping staff within the team in collaboration with the Department Manager.

• To prepare lesson learned upon completion of the project and recommend preventive actions to avoid recurrence on future projects to Piping Design Supervisor.

• To perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Department Manager.

• To carry out engineering support work during the construction phase of the project.

• Willing to work at Project Site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of any 4 years BS Engineering course preferably Mechanical Engineering or at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Good interpersonal and communication.

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to use computer equipment and peripherals to carry out routine computing and 2D/3D CAD tasks.

• Ability to adapt with changes due to upgrading of computer software.

• Capable to utilize AutoCAD/CAD Pipe /SP3D software/ Microstation 2D CAD; Naviswork or SmartPlant Review software with minimal assistance.

• Knowledge and hand-on experience in Material engineering and/or Stress Analysis.

• Ability to apply mathematical concepts in piping calculations such as exponents, logarithms, trigonometric functions, quadratic equations and other applicable formulas.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical information, reports and instructions.

• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients and ability to write effective minutes of meeting and other related business communication.

• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.

Piping Superintendent

1. Responsible for overseeing the daily construction activities.

2. Implement a daily piping progress plan

3. Identify quality of progress according to documented quality inspection procedures

4. Generally comprehend the current progress status on site

5. Analyze the performance and see the manpower control in accordance with original plan

6. Good cooperate with HSE Dept. to make sure safety on construction activities

7. Evaluate changes in work requested by Contractor

8. Oversee material controller’s performance

9. Maintain cooperation with Contractor’s Engineer

10. Expedite the Contractor’s approval on the monthly construction progress measurement.

11. Evaluate performance of individual under his section

12. Coordinate with HRD in determining the number of workers needed in the case of required non-routine work.

13. Other Ad Hoc as per assigned.

Requirement:

Rigging Supervisor

Job Decription

• To monitor rigger, slinger, and banksman in giving signal to crane operator to load material onto vehicles from material stack and also to off load

• To identify correct material and quantity for loading and offloading

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years working as rigging supervisor

Site HR Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with Client at Site.

2. Establish good communication with employees.

3. Resolving employee’s problem related work.

4. Ensuring, monitoring employees work optimally based on the code conduct and company policy.

5. Conducting for Local recruitment process.

6. Ensuring good employees database (Employment Contract, attendance, ID card, Tax ID, BPJS ID).

7. Responsible all permits and reports requirement by Local Institution (Disnaker, Pemda, etc.)

8. Assisting with performance review and termination process.

9. Conducting Site Audit by Client and Local Institution.

10. Handle exit management process (demobilization) from Site

11. Administer daily attendance, overtime, incentive, and leave records (including update each personnel working location, supervisor, and foreman assigned)

12. Handle employee discipline issues and staff grievances

13. Liaise with Main Contractor work force management for any human resource issue

14. Make letter required by management (warning, termination, internal memo, etc)

Requirements:

1. Minimum three (3) years’ experience at Site, preferable oil and gas sector.

2. Bachelor Degree

3. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English

4. Can join IMMEDIATELY

5. Willing to be place at Site with working schedule as per Project requirements

6. Familiar using Microsoft Office especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, etc)

7. Good knowledge in Labor Law and Industrial Relation issue and Industrial Relationship Regulation that apply in Indonesia

8. Able to attend face to face interview for administration skill test

9. Honest, Strict.

10. Good Knowledge of Indonesia Employee Income Tax (PPH21)

Site Paramedic:

1. Ensuring Initial, periodic of employee’s medical checkup.

2. Diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases or accidents, including the rehabilitation.

3. First Aid for work accidents

4. Education will be a potential hazard due to work

5. Selecting and ensuring employee using personal protective equipment

6. Periodic inspections and evaluations of the environment and workplaces

7. Supporting Clinical doctors in managing nursing service activities

8. Support employee who are sick at Site

9. Report to HR for the employee who are sick

10. Other Ad Hoc work as per HSE Lead’s assignment

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Science in Nursing (Akper)

1. Minimum three (3) years’ experience at Site, preferable oil and gas sector.

2. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English

3. Willing to be place in Tangguh LNG, Bintuni with working schedule (2 weeks quarantine, 10 weeks work at Site but can be extended based on Project needs, 2 weeks off)
