Flowline engineering – Senior Engineer

• Senior level position with advanced knowledge and a specialized depth or breadth of expertise, gaining a mastery of a single areas or multiple broader areas of specialty, product, and systems. May also lead small groups in projects or teams.

• Awarded a 4 or 5 year technical degree in science or engineering. Trained in leadership and project execution. Will be actively licensed with a local engineering governing body where required by law.

• Typically 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, and 4 years of experience as Senior Flowline Engineer.

• Has a strong background in discipline work, and a competent understanding of regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry standard practices. Well versed in discipline setup, instituting work processes, monitoring a team, producing deliverables, and project closeout. Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content.

• Experience in FEED, risk management, quality, procurement, or construction execution.

• Adept at budgeting and cost control.

• Perform and/or supervise the correct execution of sealine design and Installation analysis.

• Has the knowledge and the use of the available software for pipeline design and installation analysis.

• Has the capabilities in design and analysis and Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase.

• Has Capability to define the technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work.

• Has Knowledge of main international Discipline standards. codes and regulations. Capability to analyze dedicated Project requirements in terms of local standards and codes and to identity proper implementation actions.

• Able to perform the correct execution of flowline design Mechanical Sizing Design and Global Analysis design.

• Able to Interpretate correctly and apply Codes and standards to Flowline Global Analysis design

• Able to Improve the knowledge and the use of the available software for pipeline design and analysis. Analysis using Abaqus (Finite Element software).

• Has Capability In Flowline Global Analysis design shall include but not limited to: Thermal Expansion. Lateral Buckling Reliability Study Lateral Buckling Analysis and Mitigation Pipe Walking Analysis

• Proven experience in spool and jumpers design is an advantage

Flowline engineering – Flowline Engineer

Permit Coordinator

• Typically 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, and 4 years of experience as Permit Coordinator.

• Has experience to support in liaising with government agencies in relation to permit and licensing matters.

• Experience or have some knowledge on the permitting processes to manage permit acquisition in regional and international water corridors.

• Has experience in FEED; Multi-Cultural / Multi-National environments.

• Has a good understanding of subsea projects deliverables and timelines.

• Able to support and to develop map out the permits and licenses required on each phase of the project/ countries of operation with reference to Supplier Plan of Work.

• Has the knowledge and experience on the application and approval of necessary permits and licenses before the commencement of Subsea production activities.

• Manage all permits and licenses register, closely monitoring and identifying any risks or issues that may impact on the project scope of work in Indonesia region.

• Able to work closely with project stakeholders and support to provide regular updates on the management of permits and licenses register.

• Knowledgeable to ensure compliance with relevant permitting and licensing laws and regulations.

• Has capability and knowledgeable to monitor, follow up, and document any requirements from authorities during the planning, implementation, and operational phases.
