J Resources; Superintendent – QA & QC

J Resources is an Indonesian owned, intermediate gold producer, as measured by global output. We produce ~200,000oz per annum, derived mainly from our operating Indonesian assets. We operate, mine and understand low grade-gold deposits and heap leach systems.

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following role to be based our Head Office - Jakarta:

Superintendent – QA & QC (Code : SUPT-QAQC)

Responsibilities:

• To review all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and work quality is achieved in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.

• To review all records are completed and compiled for submission to client with regards to completed work quality in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.

• To review quality of products/supplies/services by sub-contractors meets the specified requirement at source with regard to completed work quality in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.

• To coordinate the implementation of the project quality plan in order to meet the company’s internal policies and certification to international standards.

• To coordinate the implementation of the audit programs in order to meet the internal policies and certification to international standards.

• To coordinate the continuous improvement process in order to meet the company’s internal policies and certification to international standards.

• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and EHS expectation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in civil / structural engineering, or related disciplines

• Have extensive experience on similar role in construction, road or civil projects (8-10 years).

• Have experience in QA/QC training

• Experience in managing ISO 9001 in the construction industry

• Certified in Welding Inspection

• Intermediate skills on Civil/Construction cost planning, cost estimating and analysis

• Extensive skill in performing QA/QC system
