1. Job Title: Construction Manager

Surabaya, 12 months

• Smelter Project

• 15+ Years of working experience in Gold and Mining

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering

• Expertise during Plant Turnaround/Shutdown is a plus

• Expertise in Construction Management Systems, processes, and tools Plan, establish, and direct Contractor's Construction Site Organization in daytoday activities

• Interface with Company's Project and Operation team during construction activities

• Supervise and approve the development of Subcontractor's Construction Execution Plan, Method Statement, Work sequence, and its implementation plus ensuring Lesson Learned are properly documented including Project CloseOut

• Ensuring construction priorities are consistent with system priorities to support commissioning and startup program Ensuring site material management system is effective during construction activities

• Review and approval of the transportation and lifting studies for major/heavy equipment, identifying and mitigating risks associated with safety and schedule of completion

• Lead risk reviews for the construction element of the project such as Constructability/Construction Risk Assessments

• Ensuring SIMOPs between construction and PTA Operating Plant are managed and coordinated in accordance with agreed safe systems of work.

2. Job Title: Safety Manager

Surabaya, 12 months

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety

• Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience in Mining Construction Health and Safety.

• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; Skilled in following safety.

• Experience with managing safety on heavy industrial construction projects.

• Understanding of safety reporting requirements on large mining/heavy industrial construction projects

3. Job Title: Planner/Scheduler

Timika, 12 months

• Expertise in Mining – International Project

• Expertise as Planning Engineer/ Schedule Engineer

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering

• 8+ years of progressive maintenance experience in a mining/manufacturing operation, including five (5) years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Expertise in in SAP, including all maintenance, operations, statistics, general, and related modules, tables, and files; and familiarity with other software related to maintenance functions and systems

• Skilled in resolving day-to-day questions/problems regarding equipment, materials, methods and procedures needed to complete projects.

• Skilled in budget preparation, monitoring and administration

• Requires competency in use of MS Office software

• Requires significant project organization experience

• Thorough understanding of the parts/materials management process, as well as, the SAP parts inventory process

• Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff from various levels throughout the organization

• Able to develop and maintain strong positive working relationships

• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions

• Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards

4. Job Title: PCM Project Manager

Sulawesi, 12 months

•  Having a diversified experience in construction, coordination and project management including multi-disciplinary coordinating activities with international contractors, and particularly for large civil or mining construction projects (minimum of 20 years' experience)

• Certification PMP (Project Management Professional) and an understanding of PSM (Process Safety Management) is an advantage.

•  University Degree in the field of engineering, preferably has a Master's degree in project management.

•  Having good written and oral communication skills, demonstrated through interaction with owners, contractors, communities and other stakeholders.

• Having the ability to negotiate with contractors over construction activities.

• Having valid certification of as minimum POM from Ministry of ESDM/ MEMR

5. Job Title: Administration Assistant

Sulawesi, 12 months

• The Project Administration Assistant reports to and assists the Project Manager.

•  They complete administrative tasks as required including preparing project reports, making travel arrangements, etc.

6. Job Title: Engineering Lead

Sulawesi, 12 months

• 15 years of experience

•  The Engineering Lead oversees and coordinates the various engineering reviews of the construction contractor’s detailed design.

•  They will have extensive experience in the field of engineering, especially with mining and mineral processing, typically with a Bachelor (S1) qualification.

7. Job Title: Document Controller

Sulawesi, 12 months

•  Minimum 5 years of experience

•  Having experience in the field of document management, distribution, filing and archiving particularly engineering documents.

•  Having the ability in English and Indonesian language both orally and in writing.

•  Having experience to coordinate and communicate in a team consisting of several disciplines.

Job Title: Review Engineer

Sulawesi, 12 months

•  Minimum 10 years of experience in Mining Project

• The discipline engineers will undertake the various engineering reviews of the construction contractor’s detailed design.

•  Bachelor (S1) Engineering of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument and Controls, Process

•  Valid AK3 certification of the relevant roles.

9. Job Title: Engineer - Design

Sulawesi, 12 months

•  Provision of ad-hoc engineering design as might be required from time-to-time to support project execution.

10. Job Title: Interface Engineer

Sulawesi, 12 months

•  Minimum 10 years of experience

•  The Interface Engineer will be responsible to manage and coordinate the design interface boundaries between the various Design-Build/EPC contracts and any other engineering packages. They will also be the key link between the Owner’s Operational Readiness Team and the engineering being carried out by the Design-Build/EPC contractors.

•  In general they shall have extensive experience in the field of engineering for mining projects, typically with a Bachelor (S1) qualification.
