1. Job Title: Interface Engineer

Sulawesi, 12 months

o Minimum 10 years of experience

o The Interface Engineer will be responsible to manage and coordinate the design interface boundaries between the various Design-Build/EPC contracts and any other engineering packages. They will also be the key link between the Owner’s Operational Readiness Team and the engineering being carried out by the Design-Build/EPC contractors.

o In general they shall have extensive experience in the field of engineering for mining projects, typically with a Bachelor (S1) qualification.

2. Job Title: Construction Area Monitors

Sulawesi, 12 months

o Minimum 7-10 years of experience

o The Construction Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the successful construction of their assigned project area and provides coordination, support and direction to the respective PCM team for all aspects of construction and site work within the area, including Health and Safety, environmental and quality conformance, progress and cost management, coordination and management of site construction activities, administration of contracts and compliance with statutory regulations and commitments.

o They will have tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline or sufficient equivalent work experience.

o Expertise in Mine Area, Port and Access Road Area

3. Job Title: Field Engineers and QA/QC Inspectors

Sulawesi, 12 months

o Minimum 5-10 years of experience

o Bachelor (S1) Engineering of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument & Control

o The field engineers will be responsible for monitoring the construction contractors’ planning and work, and advising the Contract Administrator on contractors’ requests for information (RFI) and the field work instruction (FWI) procedures during construction.

o In general they shall have extensive experience in construction of mining projects

o They shall have a variety of experience in construction activities relating to their discipline along with knowledge of the standards and specifications used for the project’s design.

4. Job Title: Planning and Control Lead

Sulawesi, 12 months

• Minimum 15 years of experience

• The Planning and Control Lead will provide leadership for multiple aspects of planning and controls including cost, planning/scheduling, estimating and quantity surveying personnel assigned to the PCM project team. Develops strategy for personnel development, forecasting, tracking, and reporting project cost as well as estimating, cost control and planning/scheduling.

• Having experience in the field of planning and project control, especially the construction of large civil or mining project

• Know and understand the critical steps in the construction method plan project activities.

• Having the ability to provide solutions to accelerate project implementation

5. Job Title: Scheduler

Sulawesi, 12 months

• 5-10 years of experience

• The Scheduler will monitor progress during the study against the study schedule, identify areas of slippage for attention, and forecast the completion date.

• They prepare standardized scheduling documents to be followed by others in the preparation of their area specific schedule and assemble to resulting areas schedules into a single integrated schedule along with explanatory reports.

• Having the ability to plan projects using Oracle Primavera P6.

6. Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Sulawesi, 12 months

• 5-10 years of experience

• The quantity surveyor undertakes and records field reviews of construction progress and works with the scheduler to assist with measuring progress against plan, and provides feedback to the contracts administrator for the validation of contractor claims and invoices.

7. Job Title: Cost Controller

Sulawesi, 12 months

• Minimum 10 years of experience

• The Cost Controller monitors project costs against the approved project budget, identifies areas of overrun, and forecasts the completion cost.

• They prepare standardised cost estimating documents to be followed by others in the preparation of their area specific cost estimates and assemble to resulting area estimates into a single integrated cost estimate along with explanatory reports.

8. Job Title: Risk Controller

Sulawesi, 12 months

• Minimum 10 years of experience

• Having experience in the field of analysis and risk management in particular for large civil or mining projects.

• Having the ability to mitigate risk, risk assessment, and follow up on project risks.

9. Job Title: Procurement Engineers

Sulawesi, 12 months

• 5+ years of experience

• The Procurement Engineers are responsible for preparing and processing purchase requisitions for the purchase of any services, materials and equipment required for the project, managing the procurement interface with the Owner’s SCM Team.

• In accordance with project guidelines and procedures, they will prepare for approval and issue requests for quotation and evaluate quotations, prepare for approval, required

• recommendations based on evaluation outcomes, and prepare for approval associated

• documentation to support purchase order/contract formation.

• They will also manage aspects of the purchase order administration including but not limited to change management and claim determination including analysis of supplier cost and time claims for delays.

• They will have a sound knowledge of the specific functions associated with formation of purchase orders and the drafting of concise recommendations. Good written and oral communication skills along with a knowledge of Incoterms and customs and import requirements.

• Tertiary qualifications in a Procurement, Project Management or related discipline preferred. Past experience on EPC, EPCM and/or D&C Projects preferred.

10. Job Title: Material Coordinator & Warehousing

Sulawesi, 12 months

• 5-10 years of experience

• The Material Coordinator & Warehousing Staff will be responsible for coordinating the monitoring of the shipping of Client purchased materials and equipment to site, the storage of those items at site, and their eventual issue/transfer to the Client operations team and/or construction contractors.

• They are responsible for monitoring the receipt of material and equipment into the project temporary warehouse and the storage of those items at site, managing goods receipt for satisfaction of PO completion.

• Duties also include being aware of and following manufacturers’ recommendations and guidance for the storage and maintenance of the equipment and materials.
