CHPP Maintenance Supervisor

Education	Min. S1 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Working Experiences	Min. 3 years in similar position, Preferable experience in fixed plant Maintenance and experience in supervisory position
Work location	Site - Kalimantan Tengah
Roster	5 : 2 (weeks)

This position is responsible for maintaining the CHPP fixed plant and auxiliary equipment and facilities in high reliability and serviceable condition to meet all operational requirements with difficult logistics, whilst optimizing the cost. This role, together with the other supervisory positions within the Fixed Plant Maintenance Department, will directly be responsible for elements of the production chain critical to positive business outcomes for the organization. Sophisticated maintenance planning and execution will be required to ensure sufficient and reliable production on a Shift basis.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area

• Certified POP

• Having knowledge of fixed plant utilized for bulk materials handling and familiar with port business process

• Having Knowledge of maintenance contract administration

• Familiarity with all the required site statutory competencies as referenced on the site Health and Safety Management System and/or AMC Policy

• Knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment within a workplace

• Min S1 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in fixed plant & supervisory level or 7 years of experience for non-degree level.

Condition Monitoring Engineer

Education	Min. S1 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Working Experiences	Min. 3 years in similar position, Preferable experience in fixed plant Maintenance, oil & vibration analysis and experience in supervisory position
Work location	Site - Kalimantan Tengah
Roster	5 : 2 (weeks)

The main job of this role is to ensure that equipment is correctly maintained and performs at its optimum capability and capacity. This role is also accountable for the evaluation of the effectiveness of maintenance work by implementing condition monitoring best practice and ensuring that CMMS –Computerized Maintenance Management System – has all the capabilities needed to support maintenance activities.

Qualifications;

• Certification in Oil Analysis

• Familiarity with all required site statutory competencies as referenced in the site health and safety management system and/or company policy

• Having knowledge of long term asset planning, monitoring, optimizing the life of the asset, and maintenance (strategy, planning and outage identification)

• Understanding and ability to implement RCM in Fixed Plant

• Able to create project plans that, when implemented, deliver the defined objectives on time and on budget for medium sized projects

• Familiar with Process Improvement by using analysis tools like Pareto Charts, SPC, and flow charts to analyze a problem and using the Plan, Do,Check, Act cycle to make improvements

• Knowledge of fixed plant utilized for bulk materials handling and familiarity with CHPP & port business process

• Able to create annual budgets that, when implemented, deliver the defined objectives for the budget unit

• In a relevant role within fixed plant maintenance execution such as Washing Plant, Crushing Plant, Conveyor, etc. (preferably in coal or mineral mining industry).

Environment Superintendent

Education	Min. S1 in Forestry/Agriculture/Environment or other relevant
Working Experiences	Min. 5 years in similar position
Work location	Site - Kalimantan Tengah
Roster	5 : 2 (weeks)

This position will responsible in providing a service of securing environmental study document and licenses approvals for AMC companies. This position holder also shall ensure environmental compliance through implementation of environmental monitoring and reporting to government as well as providing supports to operation and exploration sites in accordance with Adaro Management Standard and Indonesian Statutory Environmental requirements.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area

• Certified AMDAL

• Certified POP, POM, POU

• Experience in exploration, mining operation or environmental services

• Exposure to best practice in environmental management and monitoring, studies management system.

GA Services Section Head

Education	Min. S1 in Manajemen/ Perhotelan/ Teknik/ Engineering
Working Experiences	Min. 7 years in similar position
Work location	Site - Kalimantan Tengah
Roster	5 : 2 (weeks)

This position will responsible for general service management, transportation management, as well as providing high quality service, management and maintenance of site facilities to all employees, contractors and guests working in the site area, including technical assistance and expertise in strategy development , plans and HRGA programs on site, as well as supervision of all partners regarding HRGA practices & Site Facilities to ensure compliance with Adaro standards and applicable mining-related laws and regulations.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area

• Certified POP

• Having certification in food hygiene will be an advantage

• Experience in Camp & Catering services minimum 7 years

• Experience as a project manager for camp & catering services or similar positions minimum 5 years

• Having knowledge of transportation management.

HSE Supervisor

Education	Min. S1 in Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant subjects
Working Experiences	Min. 3 years in similar position
Work location	Site - Kalimantan Tengah
Roster	5 : 2 (weeks)

This position responsible in providing a service of guidance, surveillance, governance and day-to-day onsite monitoring of Health and Safety Operations of Mine Pit and CPP. This role shall also mainly focus in implementing the Health and Safety related programs, monitoring, inspection and audit in accordance with company standard and Indonesian Statutory QHSE requirements, to achieve the Company's commitment to conducting all activities with zero harm to people and environment.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area

• Certified POP

• Certified in AK3 umum

• Certified SMKP Auditor will be preferable

• Certified in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 will be preferable

• Experience in Health & Safety operations min 3 years (S1) / 5 years (D3)

• Experience in QHSE compliance, management and monitoring, management system min 5 years (S1) & 7 years (D3).

Instrument Technician

Education	Min. SMK/STM/Sederajat – Computer Engineering/Electro
Working Experiences	Min. 3 years in similar position in mining industry

This position is the spearhead in the Fixed Plant Maintenance Team, this position is responsible for the fulfillment and implementation of the program and planning (planning) maintenance activities (maintenance) instrumentation and control equipment logic in the CHPP Fixed Plant, auxiliary equipment and facilities with the aim of achieving reliable and operational equipment conditions to support all production needs with difficult logistics conditions. This position, along with the technician and member positions. Another Fixed Plant Maintenance Team, directly responsible for the elements a series of productions that have a big influence on the achievement of business/business results Company. The best method/step in carrying out maintenance tasks is a obligation to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable production process.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area

• Certified AK3

• Good knowledge electrical K3 procedures, SOPs, JSAs, and Risk Assessment, systems isolation, LOTO (Lock out/Tag out), and emergency response

• Able to read device measurement results electrical instruments and mechanical testing, such as digital multi tester, megger, amp meter, ohm meter, and phase rotation meter

• Knowledge to detect/identify symptoms of abnormalities/abnormal working function of electrical/electronic components

• Good Knowledge of low voltage electricity / electronic systems in Power Plant operation, Plant Lighting / lighting network, symbol and electrical/electronic code

• Able to choose the right instrument designation, set-up and operation of instrumentation devices electronics according to specifications

• Good Knowledge of using computers and using software related to work, reading electrical wiring diagrams, making modifications and fabrication schemes

• Good Knowledge of failure diagnosis procedures and techniques in analog or digital systems, interpretation of system readings analog network diagram.

Logistic Superintendent

Education	Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical), Business, Management, Economics
Working Experiences	Min. 5 years in similar position in mining industry with experience leading large number of team members
Work location	Site - Kalimantan Tengah
Roster	5 : 2 (weeks)

Logistic Superintendent is responsible for conducting and coordinating Logistics activities on site in the process of purchasing, shipping, inventory, and distribution of goods / services so that they can be fulfilled according to needs, on time, efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with the applicable K3LH aspects.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area

• Advanced in transportation management (logistic routes & modes of transportation), mastering in logistics route through the river is preferable

• Advanced in warehouse management, experience as a SAP user will be advantage.

• Experience in leading large numbers of teams and managing roster for all crew

• Have a good awareness in HSE standards implementation at work

• Experienced in preparing logistics cost budgets.

Port Captain

Education	Bachelor Degree of Mining/Mechanical/Marine Engineering or other relevant studies.
Working Experiences	Min. 5 years in similar position in mining industry/10 years in port operations supervisory position
Work location	Site - Kalimantan Tengah
Roster	5 : 2 (weeks)

The objective of this role is to manage the operational of the barge loading jetty. This position will also ensure that barge loading (upper cycle – lower cycle) activities run safely and effectively in order to achieve the production target of shipment. In addition, this role is also responsible for controlling compliance with company operating standards, procedures, work instructions, and defined processes to attain optimal and safe production outcomes.

Qualifications;

• Certified POMCertified POM

• Ahli Madya Nautika Min. Level 3 (ANT 3)

• Good understanding in shipping management

• Experience min. 5 years in the management of a river port involving the high volume loading of coal onto barges

• Experience min. 5 years in working with key stake holders and managing labour & equipment in line with the budget

• Experience min. 5 years in port management, coal stockpile, & coal blending

• Experience min. 2 years in coal flow process from Pit to Port and through until Barging to mother vessel

Process & Control Engineer

Education	Bachelor Degree of Mining/Metallurgical/Process Engineering
Working Experiences	Min. 5 years in similar position in operating coal washing/processing plant/ Min. 3 years as metallurgist/process engineer in processing plant
Work location	Site - Kalimantan Tengah
Roster	5 : 2 (weeks)

This position will responsible in Implementing the Health, Safety and Environmental programs in the Process and Control activity, managing & reviewing technical aspects directly affecting coal processing, quality, & production, providing the CHPP operational technical and production data to support the Operations Team in running the plant effectively and efficiently, managing and conducting metallurgical testing to ensure that the plant is at its best performance.

Qualifications;

• Familiar with coal handling and coal processing

• Good safety performance and environmental awareness

• Good Knowledge in metallurgical testing and plant development

• Good interpersonal skills among peers and subordinates

• Experience as SAP user will be advantage

Strategic Sourcing Section Head

Education	Bachelor Degree of Engineering/Economy/Business/Management
Working Experiences	Min. 8 years in Purchasing with 5 years supervisory position
Work location	HO – Jakarta Selatan
Roster	-

This position will responsible to carry out all strategic sourcing activities which include demand and supply analysis, cost structure, LCC analysis, tender process, contract management and vendor management, especially for the category of procurement of goods/services that are strategic and have a large spending value.

Qualifications;

• Willing to frequently travel to site in remote area

• Experience handling tender > USD 500k

• Fluent in English with score TOEFL min. 500

• Excellent in analytical and written report

• Strong leadership, conceptual and improvement analytical thinking

• Having good knowledge in SAP will be advantage

• Good interpersonal skills among peers and subordinates
